"It was pouring otw to our point of interest so we decided to drop by the hotel to check it out and wait it out thru the rain. Staffs was super nice even though we were really early before the check in time. They mentioned only one room was ready and they will quickly prep another room for us. we waited for about 15 mins and they came with 4 umbrellas for each of us towards the hotel.
Truly appreciate the hospitality and for them to try and let us check in eariler so we have somewhere to rest while waiting for the rest to stop
Room is spacious, clean, nice view with a nice small balcony. High speed internet is also provided.
The only downside is if you are an introvert and would be back at the hotel early you will have to deal with Karaoke session(thankfully doesn't sound bad) till about 10pm and after that there is a group of people bbq-ing downstairs with music ( might not be a everyday affair) so if you are a light sleeper perhaps can request for the higher lvl room facing the otherside."

"For a so-so room, it's not bad because it's also close to tourist attractions, but unfortunately at the time there were lots of children who were still wet after swimming and went straight to their rooms, which made the floors in the hallways wet and dirty, including the lift, so maybe that's a good idea..."

"The location is very close to The great asia africa.
But, dear, the bed smells a bit dirty.
In the waves, but the shower doesn't have any hot water.
Must share a towel when coming in two in one room.
It's cheap, but you have to bring more equipment to stay here. "

"Everything was great clean rooms, nice facilities, and the pools were awesome. This was my fourth time staying at Sangria, and I always enjoy it.
The view is beautiful, and the hot water pool or jacuzzi is a great bonus.
Definitely recommend"

VVattayaThe cabin itself was nice, and the surrounding pine forest was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, when we checked in, the cabin wasn't very clean — the pillowcases had stains, and there was still urine on the toilet seat, which was disappointing. We booked the executive cabin for three people, but there was barely enough space for our bags. Next time, we’ll definitely go for a bigger room.
That said, we still enjoyed our stay overall and would love to come back!

The environment inside the hotel is very comfortable, there are lots of sofas/benches/chairs where we can gather or just enjoy the atmosphere
Breakfast is quite adequate, unfortunately for 2 days, the menu does not change.
Unfortunately the hotel room was not clean, the carpet still had dirt on it, the towels smelled a bit too.
The most disappointing thing is that hot water sometimes turns on and sometimes doesn't, even though the hotel is located on a plateau, where the weather is quite cold.

AArfiOverall it was good, I happened to request a room in front of the swimming pool when the plants were being watered so the water was pouring from the top but for a while there was no problem, on the road in front of the restroom bringing a stroller was also complicated because access to the room was by stairs but the staff was helpful in bringing things to the pool swimming is enough but there is no indoor pool for children, the playground facilities are okay, there is a large outdoor playground too... the food is ok, the omelette eggs are like cracked eggs...

GGuest UserThis was my favorite place to stay in Bandung. I would have given it all 5 stars if I stayed there 20 years ago. That’s my only complaints about it. Must have been amazing when it first opened. It needs modernization and to be brought back to its former glory. Besides that, it’s clean, beautiful layout, very cool that it had its own balcony. Great breakfast and excellent staff. The quality you get for the price is great.

AAnonymous UserPros : The hotel is good, the room is good, the food was okay. The location is great, you can visit some tourist places that near from the hotel, its saving your time.
Cons : But there are points need to be improved/ noticed there are no hair dryer (executive double bed room) and the limited chanel tv and FYI for additional breakfast, for children, you need to pay 75k which is dissapointed because the menu are not that many 😁
It's our one night staycation overall was okay👍🏻

BBitfoyleSaung Balibu Hotel has just average standard rooms. Hotel cleanliness standards are just okays . Not a great experience. Breakfast Food is just fried rice with omelet or chicken and tea, not much options available for breakfast... Hotel has no AC in most of the rooms. Provided hot water facility. Hotel is located in outer of lembang that's why very close to many champing areas and forest areas... Just a Budget hotel.

GGuest UserEven if the hotel is located in a metropolis, it's pleasant to be in a setting with a different mood from the city's bustle. This place is good for some quiet time. My family of four went for a staycation, and the kids really enjoyed the glamping experience with much of game in playroom. I choose a Svada tent with a beautiful view of the city and mountains, near the trampoline and bonfire. The room is spacious, clean, and the hot water are really hot:)) I'll undoubtedly return there at some point in the future.

AAnonymous UserIt was our second time and it worse. The tent had holes so we asked for tapes to cover it — to avoid leak if it rains. The blanket was ragged, pillows are smelly. Good thing that night wasn’t rainy bcos in the morning it was raining and we suddenly had a pool inside our tent. Our first time we got free upgrade to luxury tent and it was good. We were so surprised that the superior tent we got was that bad.
