GreenLinks Golf Villas at Lely Resort

Great property, subpar customer service The grounds were amazing! Having an affordable suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect for my adult son and I for 5 days of beach hopping. The suite was very well stocked: extra blanket; toiletries, extra towels, and hair dryer; kitchen utensils, dishes, small appliances, and cookware; a back enclosed porch with table and chairs and ceiling fan was lovely. We were right next to the fountain, which sounded very relaxing in our suite. The washer and dryer in the kitchen area included one pack of laundry detergent, very helpful. The pool and spa were salt water instead of chlorine which was a pleasant surprise. However, the communication from the hotel to us as guests was seriously lacking. They didn’t tell us about the WiFi password or where to find it in our room. We had no idea that the pool towels were in our bathroom under the extra bath towels, so we had to go back to our room dripping wet. I discovered them later that day. I also could not figure out how to call the front desk for extra supplies or to get my shower fixed, which was either hot or cold (I did tell the front desk about this when I checked out.) So while the place was great, it felt like we were on our own to figure things out to make our stay more comfortable. I expect more when I’m paying for accommodations. An information sheet would be incredibly helpful at check-in.

We have stayed many times. Rooms a little older and not so fresh now but a great place to stay .

Wonderful golf course community with great views. Nice pool and loaner bikes were a bonus.

Everything was fine, except there were no working phone in the room, unable to get in touch with reception.

We have visited Greenlinks for a couple years now as we are in town for lacrosse events. It is the perfect spot - even without any golf requirements! The staff is amazing, so friendly and accommodating!

The apartment was gorgeous, spacious and extremely clean. The resort is world-class luxury level. Tennis courts, golf courts, resort-like pool with jacuzzi, BBQ area w/new equipment, restrooms and executive areas w/desks and Wi-Fi. The reception is spot on. Overall, a 5-star experience with my family.
