The calmest, most comfortable and peaceful place to stay. In a big town but away from the main streets . Everything you need in walking distance and all sorts of life on the streets. Great hosts and so welcoming. I love places that treat you as you are and not a number on their list. Too many places just get the tourists in the out without letting them interact with the local ares. I could go on but Nepal has stolen my heart and id be here . .

Mums Garden Resort is very tranqui and set away from the bustle of Pokhara although just a few minutes walk into the centre. Deepal and Bodan (sorry for the spelling) run a very dignified level of service and the breakfasts are good The Hotel is a level higher than most in Nepal and beds very comfortable and everything tip top - but I like the people running the place and the tranquility above all. Well recommended and good value.

Deepak was great with communication before we stayed. We were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were comfortable, though in need of some well overdue maintenance. Food was very good. About a 15-20 minute walk to the main entrance to the lake. Coffee and tea making facilities, TV with only local channels. Limited toiletries. Hairdryer on request. Balcony.

recently stayed at the hotel..and it was an outstanding experience..From the moment i checked in,the staff was friendly,professional,ana attentive to my needs.the room was spotless,comfortable and had allthe neccesary amenities to make my stay enjoyable,including comfortable bed,quality lines,and a well-equipped bathroom.The hotel's location was ideal,with easy access to major attractions,shopping areas and traportation options.

The owners of this establishment are defrauding guests with claims of facilities that they do not have and don't care to provide. Their advertisement on all online booking platforms including ***********, makemytrip, ******* etc. claim to provide air-conditioning and power back up in all rooms, based on which we'd made our bookings. Upon check in we are told that there is no provision of air-conditioning since it is an 'eco-resort'. We are here right now and it is blazing hot till sunset, and continues being moderately hot with high humidity all through the night. Leave aside the lack of air-conditioning, during power outage the Resort does not provide power back up as advertised. Only one light in the room is made available, but no back up for a fan despite the heat and humidity. When asked, they have been stalling with various excuses and advising us to wait till power is restored. It is very evident that they are intentionally misleading and denying guests the promised facilities. The room itself is bare and basic (e.g. some plug points and lamps don't work, toiletries not provided). Staff and owner are dismissive. Not worth the price being charged.

MUMs GARDEN RESORT in a very nice place to spend time in.The rooms were very clean and the people from that place were very friendly.The food was very delicious and ever ready.I recommend MUMs GARDEN RESORT for everyone.
