周邊有汽車站，幼兒園，一大早就太吵，太亂，環境差；房間佈局不合理，連個書桌都沒有，衞生也差；早餐更是糊弄人，與旁邊的雲吞店合作的，又小又亂，難吃還沒有選擇。這個價位的住宿，在雷州性價比極差！

訂了酒店，位置難找的要死。到地方一看旁邊什麼都沒有，都是居民樓，樓下是燒烤攤，全是人，喝酒聲音大，大半夜還在吵。衞生差，服務質量差。設施設備和80塊的房間一樣，體驗感差到極致

有泡茶的茶具很舒適，就是有一面的樓距比較近，還有早餐，美中不足就是沒有水單，對商務出差的有影響，而且前台根本就不知道什麼叫水單，熱水用的是空氣能，樓下吃喝小吃都有，近汽車站，位置不錯

房間總體還挺滿意，唯一不好的是早餐是隔壁沙縣吃，早餐劵和早餐店都沒説衹能吃最便宜的量，我們點了十塊的，然後早餐拿上了才説要補錢

隔音非常差，在汽車總站附近，還有很多泥頭車。服務態度更加差，就一個熱水問題，解決了三個小時，反饋問題前台直接不接電話，床是左右搖擺的，茶几和椅子都有洞洞，非常差的旅館！！！

噪音很大、隔音很差，最後一天還有泥頭車在旁轟了3-4個小時，腦仁嗡嗡的，一直弄到晚9點半..夜裡11點半起走廊嚷嚷的、拍門的..可能是白天熱，到了夜裡11-2點人們才出來活動，街道開始熱鬧，飆車按喇叭放歌..吵起來讓人彷彿睡在大街還有敬業的塞卡片小哥8點、8點20、9點、9點半、11點。。在這住的最後一天，塞得是越發的勤快。。好的地方是，含早餐，就在樓下的飄香雲吞店，5-6塊的菜品多選一，口味、質量還可以在這家是真的休息不好，好在機智的我出門帶了耳塞，減輕傷害
