Great Hotel, but the wash basin clogged. It was situated in a good place, there was a mall nearby and good restaurants. To the Leizhou ancient city and to the Leizhou museum, both of the destination cost around 8 cny (sround 1 dollar) with didi.

在預訂這家酒店之前，我就查詢了網友們的點評以及酒店的回覆，自己以為是錦江賓館管理的“維也納國際酒店”品牌酒店收購了原來的“君臨國際酒店”，昨晚我自己住過後，做一個客觀評價吧。
一，停車場。由於酒店門前是一條簡易馬路，有幾個停車位不收費，地下停車場沒有開放。酒店指向20米外的停車場屬於簡易簡陋地面停車場。
二，四樓ktv夜半噪音太大，的確如此。23：00時分，ktv音響效果絕佳，聲音好聽；房間隔音效果不好，樓道里及隔壁聲音清晰可聽；我看到酒店回覆與ktv協商噪音減小問題，似乎效果不佳。
三，房間異味問題。不僅僅房間異味較大，事實上走進電梯裏、到走廊裏、房間裏都有異味，被褥上有煙味也是事實，雖然不是很嚴重，但是我覺得沒必要冤枉酒店，我是聞到了房間異味還有被褥上的煙味。我們噴灑了防蟲劑、香水，才蓋過了異味煙味…
酒店也很努力，搞了一些與“維也納酒店”類似的外國畫裝飾裝飾，我個人感覺可能不是錦江賓館旗下的那個品牌。我覺得有個網友説的很對，非必要不要再訂這家酒店，沒必要花錢擺爛了…
有一點好處就是，離茂德公鼓城和雷州西湖公園不太遠。

酒店位置較好，周邊餐館、商店很多，就餐、購物比較方便。有個挺大的停車場，停車便利，出行也很方便。房間面積比較大，大概有三、四十平米，乾淨整潔，用品、設施齊全，住着比較舒適。前台服務人員周到熱情，早餐也很豐富。下次來雷州的話，還會選擇這個酒店。

過來雷州出差，這個酒店非常不錯，一進來大堂很大，非常乾淨，特別是房間衞生很乾凈，設施齊全都是很新的，環境很好，停車非常方便，位置容易找，特別是經理還介紹雷州的美食！又有茶水喝，都是免費的！
