打低分的朋友們真的倒也不用太苛刻，在雷州這個價格能住到這樣的房真的很好了，除了衞生問題和小卡片，其它我都願意給滿分，以下圖片全都是實拍。
衞生：1、發現一衹小蟑螂，我給拍死了；2、前一天晚上買了一瓶甜奶，沒喝完，蓋好了，但第二天起來看到蓋子上面爬滿螞蟻；3、感覺馬桶坐墊不太乾淨。除這三點以外一切都很好。
設施：不知道停車場是什麼樣的，我們到的時候保安大叔特意問什麼時候要開走，得知我們晚上不開而且第二天不是一早走的時候，很耐心地指揮我們停到酒店門口了。
服務：還行，沒什麼可挑剔的。
環境：房間挺大，走廊盡頭的房也給開了一扇小窗，酒店在路口但不覺得吵。塞小卡片確實是個大問題，但也是雷州的通病了，用拖鞋把門縫堵住，小卡片就塞不進來拉！

服務態度差，衞生差，結婚當天已提前預訂好房間，朋友一起去入住不給開房一定等到結賬再開，忙碌沒法及時處理就讓大廳等，垃圾服務，大廳還沒有休息區，結賬訂金不見收據不退，寫證明已收到退定金也不行，垃圾

價格便宜，但較吵，有停車場，停車場很小，最致命的問題就是這個酒店發小卡片的超級多，下午六點入住到隔天8點多退房，起碼有3批次發小卡片
