設施相當老舊，水池都有裂紋。樓下餐廳的粵菜很可口，不是預製菜，一屜屜的小點心都很不錯。酒店還有温泉，泳池這時候還是很涼遊不了，最生氣的是大堂門口的保安，就知道插個抖，我們開車到了大堂就跟沒看見一樣，一動不動，我上前質問道，你是否是酒店員工，該保安理直氣壯説到，這裏又沒車，不需要我指路。毫無服務意識

酒店裝修很大氣，客房雙床挺大，隔音不太好，接待人員説有50個泡池，體驗了一半，驚艷的還是熱療石板，節前人不多。近茂德公鼓城，晚上在“三間五房”吃了本地特色菜。推薦！

每次回家必選酒店，小孩子每次回來都要泡温泉，逛鼓城，去遊樂園，酒店早餐也很豐富，很有本地特色美食。就是這次房間少了冰箱，有點遺憾。
