This hotel trip was perfect. When you step into the room, you will feel a warm and pleasant feeling. The decoration is exquisite and thoughtful, and the details are full of quality. The bedding is soft and clean, starting with a good night's sleep. The service staff are warm and friendly, responsive to all requests, and their professionalism is commendable. The breakfast is rich and varied, fresh and delicious, meeting the needs of different taste buds. The hotel has convenient transportation and is easily accessible to surrounding attractions. The front desk service is good, and there are souvenirs for check-in. The housekeeping lady is very responsible for cleaning. The surprise is that we came to Leiyang to discuss business and needed a meeting. We communicated with the front desk and asked the leader for instructions. After a minute, we received a reply for free. What’s even more surprising is that we I used it at three o'clock in the afternoon. Someone from the hotel came over to help debug the equipment and gave me free mineral water. It is my first choice next time I go on a business trip. I highly recommend it.

前台小姐姐服務很好很熱情，有什麼問題發V信給她，都是及時回覆馬上給解決，房間床鋪乾淨舒適，晚上睡覺很安靜空調效果也很好，一覺睡到天亮，百寶箱裏東西很全，早餐豐富又好吃，地理位置優越，離高鐵站很近，很方便，強烈推薦這家酒店。
