環境差，服務態度也差，兩點入住本來開了一天車累死了，想找個酒店好好休息，睡到一半熱醒了空調27度，半小時沒人解決好，再三催促來了一個保安大叔説，要麼開窗通風，要麼給個風扇，我天，這就是酒店的處理方式，要求換房還前台更搞笑，説換房也不一定有用，吞吞吐吐的結果換了個環境更差的房間，睡到晚上九點多實在受不了直接退房了，着實讓人震驚

環境差 前台服務特別差 這裏那裡的搞的煩死 跟朋友出去吃了個東西床單全被撤掉也不裝上去回房間也沒個服務員

差評，體驗感極差，酒店老舊不説，前台的服務真該去培訓下，態度差，不細心，早餐卷忘記拿不説，還反問我是不是有早餐。最基本的開個房卡也開錯，打電話兩次給前台叫她開門都沒上來。今時今日這樣的服務態度……，耒陽城市不大比這好的新裝修的酒店也不少，選擇性更多。

下次去 可以換個房間嗎？ 昨晚那個房間真的不怎麼樣 空調開了一整晚還是沒用 昨晚都冷醒一兩次了 開30度 房間温度一直在20左右要麼就19 一整晚房間都沒用熱
