酒店工作人員服務態度非常熱情，房間暖氣超好，設施很新，床很軟，酒店還備有一次性的毛巾，浴巾非常乾淨，衞生，值得點贊，另外酒店的早餐也是豐富美味，還有兩個免費的地下停車場，停車很方便，周邊是商業街逛街購物，非常方便，離蔡倫紀念館衹有幾分鐘路程出行很是方便

房間設施看着不顯舊，還不錯。被褥都還乾淨。早餐有豆漿牛奶小饅頭玉米炒粉湯粉什麼的。酒店側門有個內部停車場，去的時候車位已經滿了，衹能停在酒店門口的公共停車位上，還好還剩了2個停車位。入住需要交100元的按金。
