The Springfield Hotel never fails to deliver. Having had a really lovely family day yesterday, and many other occasions over the years. In the Sault room we were looked after by Omar the waiter who was the perfect person for the job, good humoured, patient etc. Attention to detail coupled with the beautiful Christmas tree in the room just added to the lovely atmosphere. Food was delicious also. I would highly recommend the Springfield Hotel for any occasion. I had my wedding there 47 year's ago, and still going back, what more can i say. We were all very well looked by Kieran also making sure all was perfect and ready for us. We'll will be returning.

We required a meeting room for an international leadership conference and we were very happy with the facilities. The catering service for the room was excellent and the staff were very helpful. We used the Carvery for lunch and the quality was excellent. I would like to complement Lynn on facilitating us and making sure all the arrangements were in place.

The staff were lovely, rooms and bed were brilliant. Breakfast was amazing and dinner was delicious. One small thing, the shower didn't give a consistent temperature, it was in a cycle of medium, hot, too hot, cold for some reason. I would definetely recommend.

Reception staff were lovely however room service was shocking. The barman laughed/cackled down the phone at me because the menu on their website wasn't up to date and then told me he had to get back to serving. So unprofessional. Both my room phone & keycard werent working on the first day which were small inconveniences made worse by his attitude.

Bit of a mixup with reservation on arrival but Neder sorted everything for us , had stayed here before and will stay again, excellent service all round , upgraded to a suite due to mixup, can’t fault the staff , room was great, evening meal was lovely, and breakfast was great

Had a very pleasant stay here at the end of September 2024. The hotel is located steps from bus stops that take you to and from Dublin City center. The bus ride is about 30 minutes (Dublin buses have their own bus lanes). Use Google maps or Apple Maps for the most up-to-date bus schedules. The double room I booked was very clean, modern and of a good size. Bed was comfortable. The only complaint is that the shower water temperature did not stay stable-it would go from very hot to warm to cold and back. I mentioned it to the desk and requested a room change since it could not be fixed immediately. They upgraded me to a suite. I very much appreciated that but alas the same problem occurred. I booked a bed and breakfast package and had their buffet in the morning which was convenient because it is about a 10 minute walk into Leixlip village. They offered a full Irish breakfast, fruit, pastries, yogurt, all kinds of bread for toast. Sometimes the pastries and fruit did not seem as fresh but one can have a filling breakfast here. Overall I chose this hotel because it was convenient for my purposes and I would return here again. I just hope they will have fixed their plumbing by then.

The Suite was beautiful and well appointed. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Both rooms and restaurants are very clean, we have stayed here before, and will return in the future. There are many hotels in the area, but for what you get here and the fabulous location, it is an excellent option.
