One of the best service oriented hotel we have ever stayed. Throughout our stay there, the whole crews were willing to go extra miles to fulfill our needs and demands, especially our butler, Xiao Long, he had been very friendly and accommodating. The view from the room was also incredible and definitely one of the best in the area. We will recommend this hotel to families and friends.

The only bad part is the walk to the bus and to the hotel. Besides that it’s very nice.

真是特別美好的一家民宿，衝著排名第一定的，到了以後真的覺得不愧是排名第一…
所有細節都很貼心。預訂之後民宿就會聯繫接，管家小文去觀景台接的我們，幫忙拿行李。民宿離觀景台很近，但是住這個民宿根本不需要去觀景台，民宿的院子，和房間露台就可以拍的很美，就是最美窗景。真的是住在風景裏。
歡迎水果，飲料都給的很豐富，早餐也很豐盛。房間裝修也是處處都是細節，還有智能語音功能。
晚上我們迷路了，管家小文又去接的我們。
這個民宿真是苗寨給我的最大驚喜… 沒住夠，下次還會選擇這家的。

管家們人都很友善很好 拉拉和輝輝輪流幫我們拿兩個行李箱 很給力。推薦的餐廳也挺好吃 還告訴我們遊玩路線。我們訂的是執子之手房型，可以在陽台泡瑤浴 很舒服 在陽台已經能看到很美的苗寨景色。可能現在不是旺季酒店大堂很少人 基本上可以獨享 酒店大堂可以任吃任喝 下午茶很好吃很豐盛。酒店有個獨家觀景台 比起景點的公共觀景台視野更好 只有酒店住客能在那邊拍照 所以不用排隊 可以隨意拍照。酒店免費讓我們體驗苗族服飾 讓我們在酒店範圍內可以拍照 管家拉拉幫我們拍了很多美照。如果不是追求專業寫真 試試體驗一下 簡單拍拍照，就不用額外去買寫真套餐了。
酒店早餐超級豐盛 營養均衡 好吃。

房間配備管家！提前一天就聯繫了，發了詳細的地址定位和注意事項。到觀景台下車就看到了我們的管家輝輝，雖然是男生，但是好細心，講話也很温柔！帶我們到房間介紹設施設備，提前準備了水果和點心！酒店本身有個私家的觀景平台，看夜景很棒！酒店還有自己的旅拍！粧造、攝影都很在線！早餐也非常豐盛，味道也很好！酒店地理位置好，管家服務態度好，強烈推薦！

非常完美的一次體驗，特別感謝接待的美女蘇蘇，因為我們要分兩次入住，蘇蘇去比較遠的地方先接了長者孩子，我晚上11點多到的時候還又來接，非常貼心；晚安甜湯、還有葯浴安排都很妥當，還在前台看着外景享用了下午茶，非常感謝，下次還會去。
