距離西門遊客中心不遠，樓下可以免費停車，我三個月前預訂的，價格是真香。樓裏房間不少，還有電梯，這個套間非常寬敞。美中不足的是蚊子太多，沒有找到驅蚊器，洗漱用品不咋地。

前天定好的酒店 進酒店也沒人招呼 就一個老奶奶顫巍巍找了半天門卡 還是我倆幫忙找 酒店包早 結果老奶奶説她也不清楚讓我問酒店老闆 我打電話問早餐在哪吃幾點開始 客服説她幫我問問 結果問到第二天早上也沒人管 説啥時候去都能吃 我都不知道在哪吃 9點出去看了看還是沒人…我的早餐費浪費了 早知道還不如定無早的

設施：除了空調都是爛的，電視連不上，燒水壺燒不了，吹風筒沒有熱風，花灑堵，沐浴露洗髮水都是空的，最關鍵是熱水衹有非常燙和冷水兩種！最最可怕的是我們一行4間房，遇到的都是同樣的問題
衞生：不能説差，但是確實不乾淨
環境：房間隔音極差，電梯開門聲都一清二楚，道路很不方便，離景區也遠，沒有固定停車場
服務：沒有及時解決問題且找不到人
另外提一下……千户苗寨確實體驗感極差！

一到房間是敞開的，連房卡都不用刷就進了，入眼就是一瓶喝了一半的礦泉水，也不知道是收拾完了還是還在收拾的房間，床大小還可以，被子床單臟的也給及時處理換了，廁所有點小，更換的沐浴乳包裝還放在廁所裏沒有收走，有待提升。
