The service was fantastic! We arrived after 10:30 PM, and she was very patient, guiding us through purchasing tickets and arranging for local help to deliver our luggage from the main west entrance to the hotel. They even gave my son a dragon souvenir when we checked out. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best hotel stays I have ever had! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, exceeded all of our expectations. The personal butler, Lili was amazing and helpful. We really loved staying at the resort, the breakfast is great, especially the coffee, and we enjoyed the cocktails and batik experience. Everything was perfect!

We are very happy with our stay in this hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is big and clean. We were provided with a fruit basket and nice biscuits. Breakfast is good, too. Getting into the village is not so convenient, though. We came from the West Entrance. We need to take a coach, walk through a shopping alley, then take another bus and a short walk before reaching the hotel. The hotel staff met us at the bus stop and helped to carry our luggage.

I would like to give special praise to the hotel staff. It is the best hotel in this Guizhou trip. I would like to thank the front desk lady and the housekeeper for taking care of me and my mother! The breakfast in the hotel is also delicious. If you are not in a hurry, you can stay in this hotel for three or four days leisurely. It should be very good!
