The bedroom is new n the location is good if you can climb up thirty staircases. The service is very good n help you to bring the luggages up n down from the Xiao Bei men. Good for young couple but not suitable for old couple or disabled people.

民宿老闆態度特別友善，從小北門接到我們就有兩個行李箱自己一個人拎一個人扛，特別厲害，特別是幾層石階，我們沒拿行李爬上去喘成狗，老闆啥事沒，真是太厲害了！！！然後還給我們房間做了升級，本來是拾溪，最後住進了拾歡，真是太好了！房間還有冰箱送了飲料給我們，還有水也冰着！！！還有智能會幫關窗開關空調，朋友感歎這房間比貴陽住的那間好！！！下次如果還去西江苗寨，我還回來住這間民宿的！！！

去的時間有點晚剛好是晚上的入寨高峯期，下不了高速把車停在了雷山南，離寨子很遠，第一次來帶的長者小孩沒有經驗拿了不少行李，酒店服務真的特別好，幫忙拿行李。二寶需要沖奶用純凈水，老闆熱心的幫孩子拿了一箱水方便使用。中午退房後要去寨子裏遊玩，非常熱情的給我門推薦抱孩子省力的路線，想讓老闆最後把行李送到北門我們再自己坐纜車倒大巴車，結果特別暖心的是老闆小金幫忙把行李送到西門坐大巴車，拿着特別重的行李送了我們一路真的特別感謝🙏

酒店位置挺好，不用爬很多石階，窗户正對表演場地，景觀很好。房間衞生不錯，空調相當給力。酒店老闆很熱情，服務超好，免費景區內行李接送服務，下了觀光車酒店小哥已經在等我們了。退房的時候行李寄存在酒店，我們遊覽完走的時候通知酒店就幫我們送到小北門了，相當方便。

房間位置絕佳了，還帶陽台能觀賞中庭廣場的美景，打卡超級出片，很喜歡的房型，服務超級細心到北門管家派人來提行李離開也幫忙送超貼心有愛，而且房內衞生很乾凈，我是很在乎細節的人竟然備份了一次性毛巾和常規毛巾雙備份真棒！
