I usually don’t leave reviews but this hotel and its service went above and beyond my expectations. It was raining both days but the hotel helps you bring bags from the ancient town entrance to and from the hotel. They also provide umbrellas and plastic foot booties for shoes since there is a a lot of water on the streets. Very comfortable beds and great view from the double bed room with terrace. Will come back again!

View is excellent but it is a hike up the hill. Room overall is nice but ceiling a bit low.

Butler Xiaoyou was assigned to meet us at the scenic gate. He is very polite, warm & friendly, he carried our 2 big luggage down the stairs & up the bus & tram. Hotel boss upgraded us to the Suite room on the top floor with panaromic view of Miao Village, additional complimentary afternoon tea set & supper green beans soup. Full basket of fruits & bag of snacks, free mini fridge drinks. Butler Xiaoyou sent us off to the gate by carrying our 2 big luggage & 2 bags of Chinese tea. Excellent Service. Highly recommended this hotel if you don't mind to climb the stairs for the panoramic view.

在千户苗寨的幾天，被介山雲庭徹底圈粉，這絕對是本次旅行最正確的選擇！酒店的觀景視野堪稱一絕。選的房型帶獨立露台，180°全景落地窗正對着層層梯田與吊腳樓羣，晨起看雲霧漫過屋頂，傍晚等萬家燈火次第亮起，躺在陽台露營椅上就像把整個苗寨畫境擁入懷中，視角比公共觀景台還要震撼。混凝土與木質結合的裝修很有設計感，既保留了苗寨風情，又解決了傳統吊腳樓防蟲隔音的問題，戴森吹風機、席夢思床墊這些配置更是戳中細節控。管家式服務暖到心坎裏。從下單就有專屬服務羣，景區入口處小哥主動幫忙搬行李、陪坐觀光車，全程不用自己費心。想洗衣服發個消息就有人上門取，烘乾後還細心掛回房間；每天的早餐套餐豐盛管飽，下午茶的水果糕點能直接送到露台，晚上還有温熱的銀耳湯，從早到晚被照顧得妥妥帖帖。在這裏根本不用趕行程，在觀景平台曬曬太陽、喝杯咖啡，或是在露台放空發呆，就能沉浸式感受苗寨的晨昏之美。下次來千户苗寨，一定還住這兒！

staycation首選了，貴陽出差忙完，正好趕上週末，一時不知道去哪兒，也懶得安排，就在網上隨便刷到了這家酒店，看着眼緣不錯，乾脆就訂了票，來了西江千户苗寨。總愛為了一個酒店去到從未去過的地方。説是苗寨裏到評分和價格都排第一的酒店，來了之後發現確實名副其實，房間大，硬件好，服務好，景色好，細節也做得挺用心。沒怎麼出門，也沒刻意去安排什麼行程，就在房間裏宅了一個週末。全景泡池一泡就是一下午。陽光照進來的時候，連時間都慢下來，感覺這趟週末就剛剛好。

酒店在景區裏面，管家會提前聯繫併到你下車的地點接你。你在酒店有任何需求他們都是不厭其煩的幫你解決；我們一幫子人要打牌，他們一會兒幫我們搬桌子一會兒幫我搬椅子，移來移去，真的很難心很到位。我們需要旅拍管家就全程跟着我們拍，還幫我們爭取拍攝的場地多機場，真的太好了。這裏真的是有求必應，我們酒店也是全部免費升級。重點：所有服務人員都很nice，很有耐心，真的真的真的超級好，這是我最心甘情願且急切想讓大家看到知道的一篇評論，如果大家來千户苗寨，真的必須來住這一家，你會覺得值得這一切。
