My wife and I stayed for 4 nights, extending our initial 3 night stay. June, one of the staff invited us to her village to celebrate the local Miao new year, which we appreciate very much. The hotel's location was close to the wooden drum square, where many festive activities took place. We are happy with our stay.

a simple hotel, clean, cheap and convenient. the owner and staff are really friendly and helpful. there's a washing machine and dryer which is useful. there was a a bit of cigarette smell on my pillow which I don't appreciate, but the rooms allow smoking. the kettle takes a long time to warm up before you can use it when first plugged in. other guests on my floor were noisy, leaving their door open and shouting to each other, but the staff promised to address with them.

在雷山這座小縣城，能有這樣條件的民宿算是很難得
雷山這座城有點像鎮遠和鳳凰，這家民宿也達到了這倆地方民宿的平均水平之上
民宿所在的這一片區域，距離熱鬧的地方（市場、廣場）和網紅打卡小吃店都不算很近，走着過去得15-20分鐘
民宿頂樓可以曬衣服，鼓藏節陽光明媚，很舒服

民宿就在街邊上，看上除了一塊招牌外沒有任何裝飾，其它和鄰家房子沒有區別，沒有停車場，但路邊劃線車位很多，停車不是難事的，前台小妹熱情甜美，辦理入住非常快捷，身份證都不用的，掃下臉就完成入住登記。有電梯，原先提行旅箱爬樓的擔心是多餘的。儘管在網上就看到了房間圖片，但刷卡開門瞬間，眼前所見還是超出了認知範圍，不得不感慨這是一家實景比廣告圖片更漂亮的民宿酒店。冬季入住最擔心的就是取暖和乾淨衞生問題，為了睡得放心，我特意翻開麻單、副墊、枕套、被套，仔細檢查床墊、被蕊、枕蕊是否有污漬，檢查結果是蠻乾淨的，中央空調取暖很給力，按下開關沒一會熱氣就出來了。衞生間設施高檔，水流很大，熱水充沞，一次性馬桶墊圈、沐帽等一應俱全，但牙膏、牙刷、沐浴露、洗髮露略欠檔次，但想到這個房價能住進這樣的房間已經

開車的停車不方便，沒有停車場，晚上7點之後到沒有停車位，本身家是很累了，找了好幾圈都沒有，更加心累。
價格2分
200多元價格定的小套間不算很低，在這個鎮上，但差強人意，性價比不高。
設施3分
牙刷拖鞋都是品質裏最差的，衞生間連紙都沒有，諾大的空間放了一個桌子，不實用。
放了茶壺感覺還不錯但連個茶葉也沒有，純擺設；
投影儀是歪的，照在牆上。
服務4分
阿姨很熱情，但沒有實際解決問題能力，（建議門口的停車位完全可以想辦法提供給客人）
能看出來環境在小鎮上有特意的去打造，乾淨還是乾淨的，但價格至少要對半，是本次行程中最不滿意的一次住宿，退房的時候前台的人都沒有，整體感受是小旅館的散漫和無序，分數不想給太低，阿姨很熱情，但僅僅的熱情並不能夠在經濟下滑的週期裏存活。
