Located on the edge of the historic centre, ten minutes from the present location of the bus station, quiet residential area. Access codes released by email on morning of day of arrival. Looked like the photographs. Clean. Daily cleaning took place most days. Wifi, kettle, fridge, hot water worked. Kitchenette (also had hotplate and microwave) was quite cramped and awkward to use. I could have done with cafetière or coffee filter, bread knife, chopping board, scissors. If you are planning proper cooking you might wish to check what is provided by way of kit and consumables. No safe. Desk area had no light. Maximum temperature of heating was fixed and it could only be turned on for an hour at a time, so on the coldest days it did not get that warm. However there was a heated towel rail in the shower room.

as soon as you arrive at this guesthouse it is hard not to be impressed and that carries on once you enter.my room which had a small kitchen was tastefully decorated to a high standard and was a joy to come back to after a day sight seeing, even more so as it had everything and more to make your stay even more comfortable. as others have mentioned you receive a code to enter the building and your room via E-mail which silly me didn't check but a phone call soon sorted that out and has parking space and with the centre a short walk away this guesthouse has so much going for it.

Very well equipped hotel. The service was very good. All the best. Location: close to the center, you can walk, accommodation is great with a small kitchen. It's a rare thing to have a garage. Perfect Airy, fragrant (lol). Sunny. I highly recommend it.

Excellent cleanliness, maximum privacy, we didn't see anyone during the entire visit, everything was automated, simple and without bureaucracy. The only negative part, noise in the morning when cleaning the room upstairs (insulation between floors is not enough), good quality breakfast, good room for the price. I recommend it, especially if you stay on the upper floors.

Reception at Porta 20 is automatic: after making the online reservation, we receive all information via WhatsApp, including a password to enter the building, the room and the parking lot. In other words, it eliminates bureaucracy, which is practical. I didn't need it, but I believe that via WhatsApp we can make a request and someone will respond to us on the other side.

Without a doubt, the place to stay when you return to Leiria! Great quiet location very close to the center of Leiria, building restored with great taste, good materials, super soft sheets, comfortable bed, great shower and kitchenette. Entry to the main door and rooms with code or opening via cell phone, very practical. Good breakfast left at the door every day. Francisca made our stay even more pleasant with her kindness and willingness to help. :) A place that we miss and it's a shame that we could only stay for 2 nights. Until next time, Door 20!

We spent this weekend at porta 20. I have absolutely nothing to say, the practicality of entering all the doors and gates, the friendliness of those who manage it, the comfort, safety and good taste won us over and we will definitely return . Small details that make all the difference for those who are used to and value this comfort. The insulation is excellent, the rooms have an armored door which provides incredible security, the heated towel rail which provides the comfort of always having your towel dry and warm when leaving the shower, very good air conditioning, excellent window frames. We liked it so much that we ended up asking for a late check out and we were not denied. Amazing!

Everything in excellent condition, phone service from Francisca with great friendliness. Wonderful breakfast left on your doorstep every morning. 5 star cleaning. Super well located, price quality couldn't ask for better. I will come back for sure.
