Der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und schaffen eine Atmosphäre, in der wir uns als Gäste sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Dem Frühstück eilte ja ein sehr guter Ruf voraus. Wir können bestätigen, dass es keine Wünsche offen ließ.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön ruhig am Heine Kanal. Bei Bedarf kann ein Parkplatz gemietet werden. Alle Mitarbeiter die wir kennengelernt haben, sind sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war reichlich, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Unser Zimmer lag in Richtung Wasser, es war nachts ruhig. Außerdem sind Fliegengitter montiert, im Sommer sicherlich hilfreich. Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Leipzig sicher wieder hier nächtigen.
