Incredibly rude owner/manager.
There is no reception desk; only a telephone phone with no specification of hours to call. When I called with an important matter regarding an inconsistency in the room vs the online reservation, I was given a stern attitude by the owner / manager who said he was about to go to bed and that he didn't have the energy to resolve the issue at the moment because he was "too tired" and that he "has a long day ahead tomorrow".
The inconsistency was not my fault, and for him to dismiss the issue so rudely while I was polite was unprofessional and unacceptable.
When ********** called them the next day to confirm that I didn't stay there (I informed the manager that the inconsiderate tone prompted me to stay elsewhere), the person who answered the phone told the ********** operator that he wasn't even sure of his own position or responsibilities at the hotel. Even the operator said it was a strange and unhelpful interaction.
The place looks great, but the customer service is abysmally unprofessional.
