I don’t normally write reviews but this time I just had to so that no one else get disappointed as we were . I really don’t understand how they have such a big score, here and on booking!! An old and cheap hotel , old rooms, dated furniture, old bed sheets, not so clean as you would expect for that rate ,and the biggest problem no AC or any type of ventilation system!!! How is it possible in 2024 ?! Couldn’t sleep because of how hot it was in the room, if you want to open the door you will not be able to sleep because of the noise! And I specified from the beginning of my reservation that I wanted the room not to face the street. Don’t go here especially not during summer!!!

Leider ist es so, dass es keine Parkplätze gibt, außer die Hotelgarage, die aber leider belegt war. Die Person an der Rezeption sagte, es ist gar kein Problem, sie können hier überall parken. Nach langem Suchen habe ich dann ein Platz gefunden mit dem Ergebnis, dass ich ein Knöllchen hatte und 50€ bezahlen musste. Insgesamt also eine teure Übernachtung.

Das Hotel ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen in Leipzig. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist gut und das Ticket dafür ist im Preis inbegriffen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sauber und ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Allerdings ging es am Buffet sehr beengt zu. Beim Abendessen hatte unsere Gruppe verschiedene Gerichte bestellt, welche alle sehr gut schmeckten und gut angerichtet waren. Hervorzuheben ist der außerordentliche Service. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bei Fragen und Problemen kompetent und lösungsorientiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Das Hotel hat eine gute und ruhige Lage. Allerdings ist auch zu sagen das durch die vielen Umliegenden Wohnungen das Parken zum Problem werden kann. Ich war daher sehr froh das zum Hotel ein kleines Parkhaus gehört welches ich Problemlos nutzen konnte. Das Zimmer war recht großzügig und sehr sauber. Es war alles da was man so benötigt und über die Möglichkeit mir einen Kaffee zu machen habe ich mich auch gefreut. Das Frühstück war sehr schön angerichtet und reichhaltig. Ein sehr aufmerksamer Service hat mich am Morgen direkt begrüßt. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt im Balance Hotel Leipzig Alte Messe.

Wir waren im Mai auf einem 4 Tage Städetripp in Leipzig. Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, aber zur Buchung gab es ein kostenloses Ticket zur Benutzung der Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel während des gesamten Aufenthaltes mit dazu. Die Tram und S-Bahn liegt nur ein paar Fußschritte entfernt. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war groß, wir hatten einen Kühlschrank und sogar einen ganz kleinen Balkon. Das Badezimmer war klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Unser Zimmer hatte leider keinen Safe und auch keine Klimaanlage, aber man kann Nachts zum Schlafen das Fenster ganz offen lassen, da sich die Zimmer alle ab dem ersten Stock befinden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Auswahl groß und alles frisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und sobald etwas leer war, wurde es nachgefüllt. Im Hotel gab es eine Bar und ein Restaurant, welches aber während unseres Aufenthaltes leider geschlossen war. Ebenso bietet das Hotel einen (kostenpflichtigen) Parkplatz an. In der näheren Umgebung des Hotels gibt es aber ebenso Parkplätze wo man sein Auto ohne Bedenken parken kann. Wir waren rundum zufrieden im Balance Hotel. Kommen gerne wieder und können es jedem weiter empfehlen.

Położony w spokojnej okolicy. Bardzo wygodne łóżka i super poduszki oraz pościel. Śniadanie z dobrymi produktami tylko nie było nic na ciepło. Rozumiem jednak, że przy niewielkim obłożeniu nie jest to opłacalne. Największą zaletą są darmowe bilety na komunikację miejską otrzymane przy zameldowaniu. Na ulicy obok staje tramwaj linii 4, którym dojedziecie do centrum. W odległości spaceru stoi Pomnik Bitwy Narodów.

- El hotel es bastante elegante. - La habitación es enorme, además, tiene tele por satélite. - Nos dejaron de regalo una botella de agua con dos vasos, un detalle que no vino mal. - Las camas fueron bastante cómodas - El hotel cuenta con unas máquinas de vending 24h con todo tipo de productos - Tiene un bar y un restaurante que te permite tomar algo o comer directamente allí - El personal fue muy amable, me dejaron un cargador de teléfono porque perdí el mío. ----------- - El WiFi es tremendamente lento y no pudimos disfrutarlo correctamente. - No es céntrico, pero está bien comunicado. El tranvía 15 para en la puerta. - Los precios del vending que he mencionado arriba son un poco abusivos.
