Spotlessly clean room, modern, very basic with a nice bed & bathroom. It is however not city 'center' (although easily accessible with a good public transport). Cleaning of the room/making of the bed is an extra, as were many other services. Nice safe area. I did however mistakingly book the same hotel twice with two different companies, & neither would refund my money. Apart from that, good value for money!

Superior double room
1. Self check-in machine is very idiosyncratic, gives 2008 as the year of birth and cannot be corrected.
All data that was already entered when booking is not automatically available, but must be entered again.
2. Door lock does not work, have to wait a good half hour for the caretaker.
There are annoying telephone loops before reaching the hotline/emergency number, which is not what I understand by an emergency number.
It would have been better to provide an alternative room immediately.
3. No invoice that corresponds to the booking/the amount paid. (Invoice amount is 20% lower than the debit amount. What kind of accounting is that / you could also use the word fraud and/or tax evasion.
As a business traveler, this is a complete disaster

Hotel war gut zu finden, per WhatsApp gab‘s den Zimmercode, Zimmer sauber, Straßenbahn-Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür, die Straßenbahn hört man allerdings leise im Zimmer, stört evtl. wenn man einen sehr leichten Schlaf hat, wir würden wiederkommen, Bäcker zum Frühstücken gegenüber und in der Einkaufspassage daneben
