I STAYED WITH A FRIEND HERE AT THE HOTEL, THE HOTEL ADMINISTRATOR WAS VERY NICE, OVERALL THE SERVICE WAS PERFECT, THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN. VERY CLOSE TO PUBLIC TRANSPORT, EASY TO GET TO PLACES, NOT FAR FROM THE CENTER.

SCANDAL! I have been deceived and robbed. I booked 2 rooms - for me and my father at a low price, but the employee said it was a mistake and did not allow me to enter the hotel. I have a booking confirmation and paid by card. The employee did not give his name, did not want to help and refused to enter the hotel. I am asking for my money and time back. I am a German citizen and we should report such things to the police. My 65-year-old parent has to go to the street because the employee refused.

Wir hatten mit den Kindern ein Appartement gemietet. Die Wohnung war zwar alt aber sehr gut eingerichtet und ansprechend. Küche mit Herd Kühlschrank Spülmaschine und Microwelle super. Wohnzimmer mit Couch und TV. Badezimmer mit Wanne und Waschmaschine. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Lage ist eher zentral, mit der Straßenbahn in 8 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Parkplätze kostenlos vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch toll, für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Und das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Eine schmuddelige Rezeption, die Klingel mag man gar nicht berühren (Foto 1/2), schmutzige Zimmer, versiffte Matratze, der Putz,,Mann“ ist gnadenlos überfordert oder hat Null-Bock: keine Ahnung. Frühstücksraum: Die Butterstückchen schwimmen in kühlem Wasser, die Schale wurde jedoch schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt und so klebt überall alte Butter. Auf 2 Tischen seit 3 Tagen verblühte, alte Rosen in gammligem trüben Wasser. Der Cornflakespender ist kaputt, die Hälfte der Flakes ist auf dem Tisch verteilt. Die junge Frau zwitschert hinter der Theke herum, kümmert sich um kaum etwas. Die Fotos sprechen Bände!!!!
