第三次住這家酒店了，地理位置，窗外景色，早餐，都很棒。
但這次有些掃興。不知道為啥前台小姐説看不到付款訊息，堅持讓我刷信用卡擔保。我堅決不同意。房間是二週前就訂好的，店家怎麼可能沒有付款訊息。二次付款的話，難道我再來一次解決退款。而且，這個小姐態度比較無語，反覆就一句話，留下信用卡😨
這裏特別感謝攜程客服，週日下午五點多還積極幫忙協助。給力！
這個問題要是一直存在的話，建議大家繞行，周邊的酒店其實很多選擇。要是遇到這樣的前台會很麻煩，我給她看攜程的確認號，她説看不懂中文。攜程客服郵件電話給他們，前台説及沒收到也沒有電話。
還好我會德語，堅決不給她信用卡，吵到她們其它人出來解決問題。
