房間內設施（床，衞生間等）較小（可參考國內如家漢庭），整體整潔乾淨。洗漱用品需要自備（牙刷牙膏拖鞋等），提供毛巾浴巾和洗髮水。
早餐選擇相對較少，口味還行。
距離車站很近，步行2-3分鐘即達。
周邊都是商務辦公區，適合差旅入住。

My husband and I stayed at the Drei Morgen hotel because we have a German friend who lives in this small town outside Stuttgart. It is a small, unprepossessing, family-run hotel that apparently caters to business people rather than foreign tourists like us. Cons (there are only a few): The room decor is slightly odd, featuring goldenrod-colored curtains in a felt-like fabric; our room overlooked a parking lot; the front desk is often closed, with no staff on site. Pros (there are many): Staff, including the owner, are very kind and friendly; our room was impeccably clean, as well as quiet and spacious; the room, unlike many in Germany, was air conditioned, which we really appreciated; the breakfast was nice; and if you have a reason to be here, the location is an excellent jumping-off point for Stuttgart and area sights via public transportation. Also, it's really fun to feel part of a real German suburb, where you are surrounded by locals rather than by other tourists. Overall, we highly recommend this little hotel.

Sehr gutes Hotel in Zentraler Lage in Leinfelden. Direkt vor der Tür ist der S-bahn Anschluss. man ist relativ schnell am Flughafen Stuttgart bzw. der Messe. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist mega freundlich und das Hotel sehr sauber. Die Frühstückleistung ist super. Hinter dem Hotel gibt es Parkplätze. In der Nähe sind diverse Restaurants und Supermärkte.
