We were not able to carry out our journey as planned due to massive strike in Germany, as Lufthansa flight was canceled, we changed to China Airline, flying from Frankfurt instead of Stuttgart, then we would like to cancel this hotel booking, but change to a hotel at Frankfurt airport. We think it is a reasonable requirement, and the girl from Ctrip thinks so, while, really surprising, this hotel rejected our requirement, still wanted to keep our room by charging! It was not my tend to make this cancellation, it was caused by your unplanned and ridiculous strike, why cannot we change our tour accordingly? Really big waste.
So, we have not been to this hotel, no stars can be given.
Bad experience in Germany this time!

Facilities and service was good but I gave 3 stars because I made a prepaid booking with this website and the hotel charged me again. I've asked for a refund, let's hope it comes through soon.

Maybe it's just the Germany culture, the hotel staff are rather cold and unenthusiastic. I can't say they are unhelpful because that wouldn't be true, they did help me with everything perfectly, but since I just came from two countries with much more passionate services (USA and France), the stillness here is like a mild cultural shock. Nobody ever greets you or smiles at you, I guess I need to learn and adapt. Also don't bother calling them after a certain time in the evening because nobody will answer, if you need anything you need to get down to the lobby yourself. The room is spacious and reasonably clean, 2mins walk from the airport. The lack or absence of charging outlet is slightly annoying, generally this is a worthy business hotel for busy short term travellers since the location is strategically advantageous, just don't come here if you are here for leisure with family and friends.

Excellent location just 2 minute walk from airport. But there are two Movenpick hotel so pls check which one you booked. Room is large and clean. Bathroom is excellent
