Came down from Newcastle for the woman’s FA Cup hotel was right by the stadium great location

Bed sheet had a stain, not sure if it was changed or washed properly. Found short hairs - about 5 on the duvet cover. Had a very busy day so did not bother to call the hotel staff to change the sheets as this was past 1 am. Dusted the sheets and used my shirt to cover the pillow. Needed sleep.

Nice hotel. Very clean

Clean and spacious room. Quick check in check out. My room suddenly out of electricity but the staff responds promptly. The buffet breakfast is good and with enough choice for families. But it takes long time for deposit refund.

Would have liked the option for room service instead of having to eat in the dining area.

The hotel is very close to bus stop No. 58. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the nearby city center and 15-20 minutes to walk to Waltamstal Central Station (Victoria). It is quite convenient, but the downside is that the traffic noise is sometimes quite loud at night.

Very good, first choice for self-drivers, breakfast is delicious

The breakfast was delicious. It's far from Manchester but close to our destination, so it's in a good location. There's a supermarket next door, so it's comfortable.

Always enjoy our stay , the breakfast is great with plenty of choice . The room was clean and tidy overlooking the river at the back . Unfortunately the bathroom had spots of mould around the bath . Parking is great and free , this is a excellent hotel for few nights if your visiting the area or going to a sporting event
