The hotel is just opposite the train station, you can see it at a glance, the bus stop in the middle, the bus to Keukenhof stops here, very convenient, but not noisy, very quiet. The size of the room is ok, but there is not much room after the bed is placed. The bathroom is quite big, very clean, but the toilet is too strong, and the flush will splash out of the toilet.

a great location but via my TomTom I ended up at the emergency department of the hospital. Searched again and not found. Then called the hotel and asked how to get there. That turned out to be only possible via the parking garage . In the parking garage it was also very difficult to find the entrance. So this is a very bad point of the hotel

It took me a while to write this review since I was afraid of my personal safety. Nevertheless, I have finally decided to share this information with other travelers. This incident happened during a weekday night when I decided to do a walk-in at the Ibis hotel in Den Haag after a long trip. I was already aware of some bad reviews from other travelers indicating ”naughty” staff. Nonetheless, I decided to give it a go. I entered the hotel and mentioned the hotel clerk that I wanted to book a room. His attitude was rough indicating me that he did not have any rooms left. For my bad luck, my phone was out of battery so I decided to seat in one of the tables in the lobby to quickly charge it to look for a hotel somewhere else. While I was charging my phone, the clerk approached me and shouted at me that I had to leave the hotel. I explained him that I wanted to charge my phone to look for other hotels in the area and I wouldn't take much time. He continued shouting at me that I had to leave, when suddenly he grabbed my bag and literally threw it to the street. At this moment I was petrified since I never imagined something like this was happening. Then, he pushed me violently out of the hotel. Luckily I managed to take a picture of this guy. The guy has a tattoo on his right arm and rather than a hotel clerk, he thinks he is a MMA fighter or part of gang. I really don't know how the manager of this hotel can have person like this with such level of anger dealing with customers. My review by no means intend to advice other travelers to visit or not this hotel. I believe the facilities of this hotel are quite nice but what I can say is that I'm not entering this place again until they take strong actions towards improving the quality of their staff. I hope this guy doesn't get fired because of this review but if the hotel really wants to keep him, the hotel should consider send him to an anger management course. I don't know if this guy is always like this or just had a bad night and he took it on me. Nonetheless, I think no one should suffered what this guy did to me under any circumstance.

Great hotel, nice employee, fantastic service, phenomenal experience. I stayed there with a friend for a week, each day we left the hotel at the morning/noon before 11 am. Afterwards we got a cleaned room with new bathtubs and also the kitchen was refilled. The personal was cool. Would like to stay a bit longer

Just had a lovely week at the Nh Conference Centre. For people that had “done Amsterdam and want to see a bit of the real Netherlands it’s a fantastic base. The public transport system means it’s accessible even if you have not got the use of a car. Situated in the bulb fields but a quick cycle to the beach. The staff are brilliant, ALL were great helpful, and fun. BREAKFAST, was fantastic and so much choice. The Wellness suit was immaculate. The whole experience was great.

It was a very pleasant experience - staff is very friendly and supportive, atmosphere is welcoming, CORPUS museum is just in front and might be a great place to visit with children, breakfast is delicious, the absolute highlight of the breakfast is the Chef who made my omelette with a big smile :) room was not big but fits well for 3 guest - the bed and the sofa bed both were comfortable. Recommended!! A surprisingly decorated hotel from the same owner as Tulip Inn. You are taken into a colorful hotel as a kind of experience. In terms of decor, style and fun gadgets. Beautiful cheerful lighting and you are welcomed in the elevator with a pleasant voice from the speakers. Rooms are of course brand new and modern and again colorfully decorated. The regular lighting could be a bit more. Because it was a bit dark at the sink. The hotel has no bar but the takeaway has enough refreshments. Or you can go to the cozy bar of the adjacent hotel (Tullip inn, 10 meters walk). You can also have a delicious breakfast there (recommended!) If you can't find anything at the take away. Price / quality really a winner !! We will definitely come back!

I was a bit hesitant to start with as it didn't have a balcony... but the hotel was lovely, cosy rooms will all you could need and lovely beds, coffee/tea service and breakfast. I would stay there again for sure. The staff was wonderful and so so kind, really refreshing!!
