"Great location near the central station of the beautiful city of Leiden. The hotel itself is well into the world-known standards of the Ibis brand; as always, an Ibis hotel is a safe bet for a comfortable night with reasonable prices. Extra points for all of the helpful and sympathetic people at the check-in counter!

"The layout of the room, the bed and the desk are a bit strange, and the shower in the bathroom has no curtain. However, the Dutch can't play by the rules. It's on the 91011th floor of a building. The 12th floor is the front desk, which is also the reception for the spa, but some rooms are not in the elevator location of the front desk. It's a bit difficult to find it by going to the 10th floor. The building is next to the train station, which is convenient for travel. Leiden is like a fairy tale kingdom, very unique. It's worth a visit."

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Leiden, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism.
The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay.
One of the highlights was the breakfast—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options to suit different tastes. The on-site restaurant also offered quality meals, and the service was top-notch.
I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again in the future!"

"Located just a 3 minute walk from the Leiden Central Train Station, Golden Tulip Leiden Centre Hotel is the best choice for staying in a very clean and relaxed environment with very polite and helpful personnel at the reception desk. "What a great hotel. Just a few minutes walk from the train station and if you are a keen train spotter you can watch them from your bedroom window. Spotless room. A small fridge which was nice. Tea/ coffee. Amazing shower, super powerful and refreshing. Comfy bed. Air con to get the room temperature right. Bag storage secure room if your flight is later and you don't want to carry your luggage around."

"優點：房間乾淨衞生，服務人員有每天倒垃圾以及進行簡單的衞生打掃；離萊頓中心火車站非常近，步行3-5分鐘。火車站裡面有AH to go和對面有JUMBO和ALDI，很方便。前台英語非常好，態度也非常好。恰逢元旦，酒店還在前台為客人準備了糖果和類似糖餅的甜食。
缺點：沒有暖氣，冬天洗完澡會有點冷；洗澡水壓不夠，花灑水小；燈不夠亮，房間偏暗。"

GGuest UserI was in town overnight i booked at last min. Everything you need is very close by. It's also only 1 min walk from train station which is easy to get to from schipol airport by train. 10 mins Beautiful location and surrounds. The room was warm. Clean. And comfortable. As a Scots traveller some milk would be practical as we like milk In our tea yet this is never provided by our European neighbours. Overall no complaints and I will definitely be back for future trips 5 star.

The location is rather off, it should be difficult to get there without driving. The service attitude is okay, it seems to be the hotel of a small football club.
