Advantages: The room is clean and hygienic, the service staff takes out the trash and does simple cleaning every day; it is very close to Leiden Central Station, 3-5 minutes walk. There is AH to go in the train station and JUMBO and ALDI opposite, which is very convenient. The front desk speaks very good English and has a very good attitude. It happened to be New Year's Day, and the hotel also prepared candies and sweets like sugar cakes for guests at the front desk.
Disadvantages: There is no heating, it will be a bit cold after taking a shower in winter; the water pressure of the shower is not enough, and the water of the shower is small; the lights are not bright enough, and the room is dark.

Hotel was moelijk te vinden. Geen bewegwijzering waar je moet zijn om te kunnen inchecken (aan de achterkant van het hotel) maar ligt aan gescheiden 4baansweg( het zou handig zijn als er een bord stond met duidelijk aanwijzing waar de ingang is) En dan nog zijn aan de parallelweg aan de voorkant 4 tijdelijke parkeerplaats om in te checken. Daarnaast inderdaad heel beperkt aantal parkeerplaatsen. Het zou transparent zijn om te melden dat je in een betaalde parkeergarage kunt parkeren waar beperkte aantal plaatsen zijn. Receptioniste had ons niet gemeld waar we konden parkeren als er geen gereserveerde plek voor golden tulip. Ik hoorde haar dat toevallig melden aan gasten die later aankwamen.
