Premier Inn Leicester (Forest East)

Room fine, bed awesome. No food on the evening but was fine as didn’t plan eating there anyway. Breakfast however wasn’t great. Only 2 staff, 1 tending tables and other doing everything else bless her. Which meant breakfast took an hour, was completely wrong and mostly cold.

The hotel was very clean with a nice atmosphere on arrival. Given our room on the ground floor, as it has no lift, not a problem for us. Given our room card which opens all doors, for safety, which is nice. Car parking is included, leave your reg on arrival. Restaurant & bar onside, bar is open from 5pm restaurant from 6pm. We booked a table for 6pm & turned up early, so had a drink while waiting. Good range of food. We had booked a meal deal, which gives you a 2 course dinner a drink & breakfast which is unlimited. The room was clean & bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom was clean with towels. Bath with a overhead shower which was very good & plenty of hot water. Our thanks to staff : Emily Lisa & Evie

I have stayed in this hotel while ago, once again Leicester Forest East did not disappointed me . My room was very clean and warm , I recognise the same staff ( Emma )which was very nice to see and they actually remember me too! There was one thing I have notice , 2 girls running between reception and restaurant trying to keep everyone happy but it is simply impossible!

Lovely staff, Emma, Kasia and the rest of the team took time to ensure my stay ran as smoothly as possible. It's the little things such as recalling names, preferences for mealtimes and menu choices that make a difference, thank you Emma and team! Have to say, not every Premier Inn's like that, and I've been to one or two! Food was good, room clean; everything a business traveller needs. Location was good for my business needs.

Emma and the girls are super friendly and helpful, just what you need after a long day. Rooms are nice and clean compared to some Premier Inn, and was nice and warm when I arrived not freezing like some which was fabulous! Breakfast was better quality than usual, came fast and was very nice, recommend. Shame the restaurant isn't open earlier, but Emma and the ladies were very happy to book us a table and have us looked after. In Leicester for work all the time, will definitely be back

Very understaffed but that’s not my main issue. Should you be unfortunate enough to be put in room no.1 the reception door and corridor bang on the walls of the room.The corridor door is really loud! We got very little sleep. There was very little staff (2?) and I felt uncomfortable raising issues with them as it felt difficult. Turned away for Breakfast the next day due to no room in a mainly empty resteraunt.
