I came here for a pint of Madri and was served by a chap called Jas, he was more than happy to help, service with a smile goes a long way 👍🏼 well done Jas. Even though he hasn't been there long, he definitely knows his stuff. Absolutely fantastic service, definitely coming back.

Amazing service from Kasia B . Absolutely lovely, so friendly! The food was very nice! Would definitely recommend coming here. Will definitely be coming back with friends and family. Such a clean and friendly environment!! I have seen her many times when i come here and she always has a smile on her face!

We joined family who stayed at the hotel for breakfast in the hotels restaurant. Our server was Dan. He couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming to our group. He is a real asset to the hotel and the reason we would definitely return to stay there again. The breakfast was extremely good value for money and everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Well done Dan, you do a great job there and your employers should be very proud of you!

We have stayed there before and it was a pleasant experience but this time we got there on a sat afternoon expecting to go into the bar for something to eat it was shut till 1700 the staff didn't tell us we went somewhere else for food we came back in the evening and there were two girls behind the bar the whole place looked like it was closing down hardly anything behind the bar the beer was flat the girl told us premier inn has taken the pub over very unwelcoming sitting there with most of the pub closed down . The breakfast in the morning was terrible with one person doing the tables ordering and cleaning the tables if we new this before the booking we would have gone somewhere else not happy at all no information at all badly organised

Lovely clean comfortable room, booked in late after a day out. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast had a choice of continental buffet style and then hot food cooked to order. Had drinks in the bar during the evening. Was very quiet as was mostly for guests of the hotel. Had a great sleep and had a big fan to keep me cool as was the hottest day.

Clean room, quiet, bit of a warren to get about inside. Lots of car park space . Both breakfasts were not the same on both days and took a long time to arrive ( both not correct on order either) . Close to my destination and very comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

We had a lovely stay at Leicester Forest East Premier Inn, received a warm welcome on arrival from Emma on reception. For breakfast we were served by Julie who has a wonderful sense of humour and kept us laughing. A restful evening away, thank you .

Although the hotel is a little bit on the 'tired' side, it's clean, cool, comfortable, and easy to find. Dinner was fine, and staff/service fantastic. Breakfast is cooked to order, and Daniel (on duty that morning) deserves a special mention for being friendly, efficient, and pleasant!
