There's a good number of Wow's to be expressed as congratulations to Premier Inn here. The outside of the premises looked horribly dated but I couldn't of been more mistaken the interior bar / dining area was sumptuously decorated... The food was fine but the cherry on the top for me was pleasure my heart received from the waiting staff, all seemed to get on harmoniously and I noted the pleasure that everyone who was served must hearts lifted as the radiance of Emma and Ellie in particular is something very special indeed. If there was a Golden buzzer, there is no shadow of doubt that every one of the clientele would have there hands piled high to honor to witness from the mature to the senior citizens the all to rare essential nature. It was an absolute honor to behold the resonance. So from however the hr hiring manager was or is, training strategist and so on, mums , fathers sisters / brothers. Friends and families, it's 3 million yes's from me. Congratulations your through to the Grand Finale. And I mean that Sincerely. To the entire team I wish you the very best of love & luck. May the road rise with you and may you remain safe and secure always. Regards, Mark Whittaker. Internet media Ltd

Stayed one night at Fosse Park. Having stayed at many PI’s I had a reasonable expectation that the hotel would be up to their usual standards. Arrived at 3pm check in time to be told the room wasn’t ready. Told to sit and have a drink ( not complimentary) so that was £8 before even getting to the room. The restaurant area was ok, clean and presentable but as we found out the rest of the hotel was clean but very dowdy and tired. Our room 332 needed a proper paint job. The hotel is not good if you are disabled as the lift to floors is tiny and I doubt you’d get a wheelchair and carer in there. Carpets were worn through in places and needed replacing. I’d guess that with the lack of disabled access and the poor decor that this is one of the first PI’s to open. Parking is good but the outside has a very uninspiring look to it where again it’s got a real need of an uplift. Location is fine and if you just need an overnight it does the job. Real impression was a hotel that caters for lots of contractors. WiFi is the usual standard (not worth the bother) or premium which obviously you have to pay for.

Staying at this hotel on business every week and have always had great customer service. Sarah and her colleague Rhoda (not sure how to spell her name) were exceptional and always helped me with any questions or queries I had. They went above and beyond to search rooms that were vacant just to find me a fan for my room. Great members of the team. Being away from home, friends and family, it is nice to stay here and always feel welcomed. A home away from home for me.

The accessible room advertised, is not not accessible. I would not recommend this hotel if you need an accessible room.

Stayed here for one night, booked as it was close to where I was working the next day. This place is truly awful, similar to 1970s student dorms. Upon arrival the reception staff where truly lovely and absolutely deserve praise for working here and putting up with the constant dissatisfaction from guests. My room was tiny and smelt of damp with the windows full of condensation , I tried to put the heating on but it was broken. I reported it to reception and to be fare maintenance where there in 5 minutes and resolved the issue. Bathroom was abysmal, the worst , and I use this term lightly, shower, I have ever experience in a Premier inn . The curtain rail was rusty and vile, the trickle from the shower embarrassing. I stay on at least 3 Premier inns per week and trust me this us by far the worst. Avoid at all costs until it’s refurbished.

We book Premier Inn because the rooms are comfortable and familiar (home from home) and the beds are amazing! Also the costs are affordable. The outside of the hotel is a little dated but the interior is fine.

Been staying here for a while now, Skyes service has been excellent every time I’ve been here, behind the bar and at the restaurant

Worst Premier Inn that I have ever stayed in... The rooms are tired.. Stayed for 2 nights and had to change the room on the 1st night as the floor was not cleaned and full of hair.. On the 2nd day the room was not cleaned despite letting reception know.. Room keys won't work and had to go all the way down to reception to get it reset.. Staff couldn't be bothered when we complained.. Absolutely shocking customer service. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK ELSEWHERE. Would def NOT recommend this hotel..

The nicest mixed grill I have ever had at a premier inn! Thanks Chefs Seb & Mark. Regularly stay at premier inns for business (min 1 per week). Second one this week. The rooms could do with a refresh, however staff are alway very helpful. Coffee from machine is terrible could do with changing. And stopped doing orange juice.
