房間裏面設施比較舊了，不過馬湖整體都沒有特別高檔的酒店，所以這種環境也能接受，至少服務態度很好。門口可以停車大概10多輛，傍邊可以吃飯，這個方便也不用去費神找哪家好吃，都差不多的，就近最好。湖景房確實不錯，出門散步也很舒服

豪華湖景房景觀不錯，停車比較方便，房間設施一般，晚上沒熱水。飯菜味道一般。不過春不到200的房價性價比還是很高的。

臨湖，開窗見湖，位置不錯，離小朋友耍沙的地方步行20分鐘左右，農家樂設施，和價格匹配。老闆也挺熱情好客。不足在於中午到店在店裡午餐，從12點過等到快2點才上菜。假期人多理解，但是午餐一共四桌客人，差不多同時來的一桌都吃完走人了，我們還沒有上菜，這就很難理解和接受了。到達馬湖的第一餐也是此行體驗最差的一餐

賓館臨湖，風景不錯，老闆和服務人員熱情，吃飯方便味道也不錯，房間設施很一般但還算乾淨，期望值不能太高，入住後才知道週末價格更貴一些，離小朋友耍的沙灘有點距離，馬湖是一個天氣炎熱時避暑的好去處（但能耍的不多，衹能看看風景，晚上也沒有什麼能逛的）。

衞生是最滿意的！床上用品都是當天新換的，因為我們在大廳吃午飯時看見老闆娘幾個人把洗好的床單被套從洗漿房裡抱出來晾曬。雷波今年白天也很熱，當天肯定晾得幹。馬湖旁的飯館價格都比較高，水煮花鰱（湖生）58一斤，過水花鰱38一斤，湖生鯰魚88一斤，但除了方便麪沒有其他選擇。
