莫名其妙的，打掃衞生的沒把之前客人的房內消費算清楚，我退房的時候算在我頭上，這家酒店的管理有很大問題，保潔員辱罵客人，態度極其惡劣，還有本來就沒有平台上的房間了，卻還是掛在平台上，誘導消費者。

帶着小孩子去住的，就因為小孩子在床上弄臟了一點，就要重新扣除衞生費，又不是洗不掉 而且是房間三天沒打擾的情況下，合著去住宿我們還得小心翼翼 不能搞臟了了房間？？？？？

設施不錯，衞生很乾凈，無異味，毛巾也是我在雷波用的最柔軟舒適的，唯一不好就是挨着音樂會所，晚上十二點我還能接受鬧，兩點多了我感覺ktv就在我樓下，聽的是清清楚楚床都在振，當時差點打大廳電話了後來想算了估計沒辦法吧，搞得睡不着凌晨五點才睡，還有我那間房裡面門縫鎖那邊看得到外邊不知道外面能看見我不有點設計私隱了。
