Hotel is quite nice, staff very friendly, location at the outskirts of a small town Leibnitz, near river/lake a d parks. My son and I came mainly because of various sports options, unfortunatelly due to recent flood, the indoor sport facilities were closed/renovated. We played tennis at nearby tennis center, which was absolutely great. Hotel has nice sauna area, unfortunatelly no swimming pool. Also billiards table in the lobby. Leibnitz is quite small, a few restaurants and Schloss Segau, also has a cinema in town very near the hotel (some movies are in original, without deutsch synchro, so not bad for tourists, but not all movies, so check beforehand. All in all, a nice stay for a couple of days, definitely recommend.

Very helpful staff. Despite the difficulties on the way, they waited for us until very late. Thank you very much for that! Continental breakfast, full choice with a plus. Worth recommending. Any configuration of beds in the rooms. Rooms with balconies. Large shower. There was even a nail file and a thread set with a needle! Quiet and peaceful surroundings. 10 minutes drive from the highway.

Food was super great! And sauna! Personal is very nice. Rooms are clean and with lots of light, with balcony. Surrounding is made for taking walks and river near by is a song for your soul. Definitly place to be.

I was in a 5-bed room and everything was perfect! Clean, silent, cosy place with very kind and helpful staff and great food! I was pleasently surprised with so many vegan options. Sauna was great too. Absolutely recommended.

In den Zimmern und im Gebäude generell war es leider sehr heiß. Schlafen war schwer möglich. Sonst Zimmer völlig in Ordnung und Sauber mit Balkon, Fliegengitter und Schiebetüren zum Verdunkeln. Kleiner Kühlschrank wäre toll. Personal, vor allem das Lehrmädchen sehr bemüht. Wenig Personal vorhanden, wirkte teilweise überfordert. Angrenzte Schwimmbad, sehr praktisch, Seitenzugang mit Karte wäre toll. Tennisplätze genutzt obwohl sie extra zu bezahlen waren. Schade dass Schläger nicht bei den Plätzen zum ausborgen sind. Turnhalle hat den Kindern sehr gut gefallen, aber auch dort extrem heiß. Essen war immer ausreichend und für jeden Geschmack was dabei.

Einfach nur super Zimmer schön und wirklich sehr sauber. Buffet war immer was dabei. Reichhaltiges essen. Personal einfach freundlich und sehr nett,wenn man was fragt... Volle Punktzahl... einfach nur top Wunderschönes Haus und Umgebung

Unterbesetzung beim Personal, Zimmer sehr schmutzig, bei Bezug gleich 6 Spinnen getötet, in jeder Ecke Spinngewebe, nur ausländisches Personal mit Kopftüchern: in der Türkei selbst läuft das Personal nicht mit Kopftüchern umher positiv: die Leiterin sehr freundlich und nett.
