Property needs complete update. Musty smell throughout, fans in corners try to keep air flow, elevator did not work our 2nd morning & when I told front desk I was told “well it worked about an hour ago”. Requested complete room service & no re stock of coffee, tissues, toilet paper or cups.

Staff were all kind, it was a quiet and calm atmosphere. We spent 2 nights, breakfast was ok and cleanliness was also ok. The hard flooring in the bathroom area of our room could have used a good mopping and the breakfast area floor was dirty in the afternoon, while we hanging out in the lobby area waiting on someone.

I booked this property specifically for the hot tub. The hot tub was out for ROUTINE maintenance which they did NOT disclose on *******, nor upon check in.
When I asked about the tub they said it was not available for painting and I could drive to a nets by community center and buy a day pass there if I wanted a hot tub.
The outside was dirty with overflowing trash cans and litter in the lot.
Finally, there was blood on my sheets (see pix).
I complained and was promised a refund by the manager (owner?) who has reneged.
Avoid the bait and switch, crooked, filthy, rip-off joint.

Ok for a night or two. Nothing special but not bad
We only stayed one night. It was ok. Nothing special, but nothing bad. Hot tub wasn’t working which ****** bc that was my plan for am before hike.

I’d Certainly Stay Again
Convenient access to the freeway with multiple eating establishments nearby. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and one of the better morning breakfast.

Alright
It was alright. It stunk off mildew and we had to keep the windows open the whole time. The hot tub was as warm as bath water and the jets hardly worked.

The lobby looked run down, furniture worn and hallway carpets were very dirty. The elevator and the room itself had a horrible smell I couldn't identify, not sure if it was the cleaner they use of what, but it was NOT good. I expected more from a COMFORT hotel. I will not stay there again....LaQuinta is Never in this described condition, and they will get my business from now on.
