Poor communication The housekeeping staff knocked on the door before we were dressed and ready to leave at around 9am. We were overcharged by this booking site an additional $10 for the breakfast that the hotel told us is included with every stay. They were friendly and it was clean. Just some miscommunication.

Nice property but pretty lame that the bistro isn't open unless there's enough occupancy (seriously?!). One of the reasons I booked this property was the convenience of being able to grab a glass of wine at night and a coffee in the morning. Corporate should at least have a slim staff to cover an advertised amenity.
