The hotel is in a good location (near the motorway) and has its own, guarded parking lot. The rooms are quite large and on the whole everything is fine - it is clean everywhere. As in previous years, I have to complain that both the breakfast buffet and the staff have unfortunately deteriorated immensely. In my opinion, it is no longer worth 3 stars! Despite Covid and other circumstances, the breakfast is quite sparse. The juices are incredibly watered down, the water sprays out of the machine in all directions. The coffee machine always has some kind of problem. There is always a lack of milk. You really have to run after everything every time, which would be fine if it weren't for the absolutely unprofessional staff! 1. you are NEVER greeted 2. if you try to "catch" someone and express your wish, you get absolutely no feedback or answer, you are not even properly looked at. So you don't even know whether this person has understood you at all, because they just walk away without saying a word. You get what you want a while later. You always have to wait about 20 minutes for a soft-boiled egg. In the meantime, of course, you've already finished your breakfast... 3. The entire service staff dress in an absolutely impossibly short way and not appropriate for the job; an example: At breakfast, a lady walks around wearing a white miniskirt embroidered with a floral pattern that is far too short and a matching BELLY-BARING top. White sneakers too. Hopefully this lady was just a temp, because she couldn't even hold and serve a coffee properly. It was held with both hands, like a small child does. It was also impossible to tell whether all the other ladies who were serving were staff or guests. None of them gave the impression of being professional service staff. In general, no one ever says hello or asks if everything is OK, etc. This also creates a very unpleasant atmosphere. The breakfast room also lacks a bit of "love", because everything looks very bare and uninviting! See photos! At the reception we were greeted by only one young man, the rest of us just ignored us. Not just us - all the guests. You probably aren't important enough here. All these unpleasantnesses are of course only objective. In short: There is simply a clear lack of skilled workers here, or the employees need training on how to behave towards guests and how an employee should behave in a hotel! The worst part comes now, however, and is very personal; unfortunately, a gold chain was stolen from a locked makeup case.
