Food, service, price, and transportation are not good, except for the swimming pool facing the volcano, is it worth it? See if you have high requirements for taking pictures. Add to that the restaurant is poorly produced and the price is too expensive.

Location is great - near malls, parks and seaside. The room looks nice and neat. Beddings and furnishings are great. Buffet bfast was good as well. Staffs are polite and great. Shuttle service is available and arrived earlier than scheduled which is very convenient. Cable tv does not have any channels. Hot shower is not available on my room - others seem to have it based on other reviews.

The hotel is by the sea, a large shopping mall (third floor), the environment is very good; duplex room, sleeping to the upper floor, the lower floor has writing desk, TV series, sofa, bathroom, wardrobe and other facilities; the most praise is facing the sea, you can also see Ma Rong Volcano; the front desk is very dedicated and enthusiastic in answering various questions, thank you very much! We booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. But for someone looking for cheaper hotel this hotel is okay for only one night stay to relax overall is good for me.
