Location is great - near malls, parks and seaside. The room looks nice and neat. Beddings and furnishings are great. Buffet bfast was good as well. Staffs are polite and great. Shuttle service is available and arrived earlier than scheduled which is very convenient. Cable tv does not have any channels. Hot shower is not available on my room - others seem to have it based on other reviews.

The place is very close to the mall and food park, as a traveller local and street food might think twice for cleanliness and water sensitivity, the place is not too bad few bad and good, water will disappear in n o time so better ask the front desk to put the water on. Not as cleaned as 3 star but can be done for 1 night,No elevator service if you have a large luggage and bad knee this place is not for you. Mall are nearby 5-7 mins walk.

Nice clean hotel. Big breakfast with lots of options. Short distance from SM Mall by Grab. Mayon volcano can be seen from the top floor, it's not clouded over early in the morning.

The hotel is very close to the airport, a few minutes, the breakfast is small, it should be related to the region, the city is different from Manila, including diet, the options are not big, the dishes are mainly pork and chicken. There is no place around the hotel that is taller than the hotel itself. The city is going to be developed. The beverage boxes in the 7&11 store next to it are all gray, and some are coming to the shelf life. Pay attention when you buy it.
