Location is great - near malls, parks and seaside. The room looks nice and neat. Beddings and furnishings are great. Buffet bfast was good as well. Staffs are polite and great. Shuttle service is available and arrived earlier than scheduled which is very convenient. Cable tv does not have any channels. Hot shower is not available on my room - others seem to have it based on other reviews.

Come here to see customers, the hotel is a bit dumbfounded for the first time, the picture is tall, the actual is not so good-looking, even the elevator is not, even the locals of the customer feel incredible. And the surrounding consumption levels are very low, and the dining in the hotel is the same. However, the hotel is located in a villa area with security at the door and the hotel staff is very good. The room we stayed in was not good for an extra bed. Nearly 500 nights, 1.8 meters bed. The other room is smaller, it is suitable for one person only, the space is not big, the bathroom is still new, there is no smell, and any hotel in this city can see Mayon volcano, because that is the highest point. The hotel is very close to the airport, a few minutes, the breakfast is small, it should be related to the region, the city is different from Manila, including diet, the options are not big, the dishes are mainly pork and chicken. There is no place around the hotel that is taller than the hotel itself. The city is going to be developed. The beverage boxes in the 7&11 store next to it are all gray, and some are coming to the shelf life. Pay attention when you buy it.

We reserved for an overnight stay and here are some points good/average/not so good (I won't say bad because their hotel is new and tourism, hotels are just getting back on their feet from pandemic) The rates: 3,500 for a room What's in the room: 2 queen size bed 👍👍👍 Area is ample for the room 👍👍👍 The Furniture - one hanging desk for your personal stuff and can be used as desk for working using laptops But I think it's not yet fully completed because the outlet is not easily accessible (please provide grommet at the desk for outlet socket access) Kettle is plugged either on the side table or inside the bathroom lavatory counter. -No small fridge (which a 3,500 room rate should have) - Wardrobe open cabinet is nice - space for shoes is okay too! -one bedside table with drawer -rack for luggage -TV and heater (but ours was currently not working so 😩 nah for me) bathroom: a bit tight, shower should be located where the lavatory counter is, and lavatory counter should be at the location of the shower... With Bidet, trash in, tissue, big mirror, spacious lavatory counter, the glass partition should be check, purposed of preventing the water splashing all over the bathroom is not achieved. Please add robe hooks 😊 Complimentaries: toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and refillable pump shampoos and conditioner 👍👍👍👍👍 sachets of tea, coffee, sugar, creamer and 2 bottled water Cleanliness: 1 to 10. I give 8 ❤️. Amenities Pool, Cafe, open bar (the bar code) Wide parking spaces Spa and massage rooms Service Guards are polite and gives good assistance especially to pwd's My mom is well assisted. Crew: They are limited but so far needs extra effort when in greeting guests. The tone of greetings and smiling eyes are good impressions for guests. Service - we asked for the luggage cart and it took 20 mins to arrive when we are about to check out. We asked for extra pillow around 5:30pm and it was not provided, we left the room for dinner arrived 10pm And asked again for the pillow. 15mins then it was delivered. Food : complimentary breakfast Is good. With coffee too ❤️ We haven't ordered other in their menu So I can't rate much for the food. Ambience - nice and clean, Bravo! for the stairs, you will never get tiring going up nor down. Elevator is okay to!!! Overall - it's an average stay but with potential to be awesome. And probably next visit would be much better. Looking forward to PROXY BY the Oriental Hotel!!!

my stay comes with a free shuttle from and to the airport. aside from the free breakfast, a welcome service bottled water awaits me inside the room. no coffee/tea, though. but when i asked for hot water in a cup, they delivered it to my room after 20 minutes. the mattress with the linens was comfy enough to make my shut-eye unremarkable overnight. too bad the TV is not wifi ready to be hooked to netflix. bathroom amenities are present, except for a shower cap. we conducted a training seminar here for our stakeholders and the prepared meals were in excess of the actual participants present. we just asked for the leftover food to be packed for take-out. i was the last person who requested to take home the four small remaining chicken pieces. upon reaching home, lo and behold, there were only two pieces when i opened my box. hmmm....

The hotel is by the sea, a large shopping mall (third floor), the environment is very good; duplex room, sleeping to the upper floor, the lower floor has writing desk, TV series, sofa, bathroom, wardrobe and other facilities; the most praise is facing the sea, you can also see Ma Rong Volcano; the front desk is very dedicated and enthusiastic in answering various questions, thank you very much! The hotel also offers a free drop-off, very intimate, and will have the opportunity to stay at the hotel if you have a chance to go to Legazpi.
