Best Hotels in Leganes, Spain

It is a nice place with comfortable rooms and very nice treatment to guests. The breakfast; considering the price could be better but still good enough. Location is reasonable close (about a 10 minutes walk) to some shopping mall and restaurantes. Sadly there are not bars or restaurants nearby

We were greeted by very nice staff upon entry to the Hotel. We had a room with two single beds which were very comfy and the room itself was very spacious with ample closet space too. The bath area was nice but not ideal - It was not a separate room but a part of the room that was sectioned off using see through walls. Nice design but not want you want for the bathroom area. The wifi connection from my room was not the greatest, I had to use my mobile data most of the time. There was no breakfast included with our stay but instead they had a separate restaurant with different opening times throughout the day. The hotel was located near a Lidl and other shops so our breakfast arrangements were sorted. There are plenty of bus stops nearby and it is roughly a 20min walk from the station which was not so bad for me. I’d give this rating a 3.5/5 if possible

Peor imposible. Comenzamos! 1. Pedí para hacer el check-in después de las 12 de la noche, me lo denegaron. Llegué a las 23:30 y tuve que esperar hasta las 12 porque estaban haciendo el cierre de caja. 2. Cuándo estoy haciendo el check-in me dicen que tengo dos habitaciones con la reserva, una pequeña de 80€, para el primer día y la suite de 200€, para el segundo día. (Mi reserva eran 2 noches 2 adultos 280€) Me dicen que por 20€ más pues tener la suite los dos días, a lo que dije que no porque yo no había pedido nada de eso en la reserva. 3. Llegamos a la primera habitación, abrimos la ventana porque olía a cerrado y la ventana casi se descuelga al abrirla. 4. Al día siguiente cambiamos de habitación a la suite con jacuzzi. El jacuzzi no funciona, había un cigarro en el WC, me imagino del anterior cliente, el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y para colmo la puerta de la habitación no cerraba. Le dijimos a la recepcionista lo de la puerta y nos dijeron que la arreglarían. Llegamos después y la puerta no abre, volvimos a recepción y nos dicen que al arreglarla, tienen que resetear el circuito pero que hasta el lunes nada, que ellos nos abrían la puerta cada vez que quisiéramos, y así estuvimos hasta que nos fuimos. Resumen, si tenéis la posibilidad ir a cualquier otro hotel. Nosotros lo cogimos porque no había disponibilidad en otros pero hemos escarmentado. Lo reservamos con Booking, no sé cómo lo pueden tener en la web, no es de calidad. Malo y encima caro.

At a price is unbattable, separately is concerted with the warner park and you can buy tickets + hotel It is a little away from the centre of Madrid, about 25 minutes by car, but all of them are advantages, problems with parking no, apart from if you want to park in the hotel parking, it's EUR 5 at 24 hours, but out there was no problem in the 4 days that it was, and as it's a polygon, there's over-site, no blue area or stories Breakfast, Although cut to what you are used to in a hotel, it has all the basics ,croassans, sandwich, 4 types of jam including jam , potato tortilla , one day there were curry , these coffee makers do several things ....chocolate , machiato latte ,café solitary, ........ 4 varieties of juice ,for me the best is mango on the reception are sympathetic , and they help you in everything you always need with a smile The cleaning for me has been imperfect , no problem, of the 4 days we have been ,all bright when we returned, and that the room was moquette and I went with children , and they left it perfect If you are thinking of coming here, don't think it anymore you won't regret,I if I return to Madrid,what will certainly be my site

Sincerely, I was on the bridge to take advantage of the fact that that week they were making the military tour in Madrid, and the truth that every time I go to Madrid I have clearly here I will host, a fantastic deal and you will be treated with 10!!! Everything was excellent except the check out time. At reception they had told us that check out was at 12 noon but the cleaning service came an hour and a half before departure. In less than 30 min, the cleaning service entered the room twice to clean when we had NOT left the room yet. We felt thrown out, to which we had to apologize and leave the room quickly. When we left, the cleaning lady thanked us for leaving the room but... why do we have to apologize if it wasn't time to check out yet? shouldn't they pass after we leave the room? I thought it was poorly organized. I could also hear from the room that did the same to other rooms where people were still staying. The rest of the staff was very friendly, and I found the space very jovial and well decorated. The room was amazing.

The hotel was very comfortable and very clean. The hotel was not in service at the afternoon, one of the fireplaces was not working and they couldn't change the candle because there was no service at the arrival at the hotel at 14.30 p.m. and they said that no technical service was coming at the afternoon. Reception staff very careful .

I loved the treatment of the staff, both the girl and the boy the next day. We did not lack anything, it is perfect for events or for work groups that need to rest for a couple of days. The cleanliness is perfect, everything is disinfected and there are no ”bugs”, like in some 5-star hotels;). At the reception, you have a breakfast buffet, they have everything, it's great for the price you pay. You also have water, coffee or infusions 24 hours a day, all at the Nestlé brand reception, the coffees are very good. The bed is huge, very comfortable, and high. On each side of the bed there are lamps that are perfect for reading. The TV is super, all the channels and perfect. Our window is quite high and not very big, perfect for children, because they can't reach it. They have air conditioning that works perfectly. The shower is flush, they have two shower heads, one huge fixed and the other small so you can use it as you like. The shower is glassed and has a small door, so the water does not escape. Perfect dryer, soap and gel with dispenser. The only thing I didn't like was the location, although it is a quiet place, too much, it doesn't match how good it is. It is located in an, as I would say, industrial estate, that is, there are warehouses, car houses... in that style. The truth is that then you go out for a walk and you arrive in Alcorcón in no time, in 15 minutes, you don't even need to rent a car, so if you don't mind walking, you can do it there. and you don't get tired because it's flat. Of course, there are some parks nearby, great. But don't expect to come down from the hotel and have something to eat, because there is nothing.
