Lefkadio Suites

We stayed for one night early November out of season. We were due to catch an early bus to Thessaloniki from the bus station which was a 5 minute walk away so a great location for us. It is a 15 mins walk to the town centre. Two large supermarkets and a bakery nearby. The staff and their attention to customer satisfaction was exemplary. The venue is of a high standard and the pool area is very nice. Breakfast delivered to the room included fruit juice, tea and coffee, two fried eggs and a hot toastie each, croissants, choc au pains, jams, honey, cake and apples and this was described a little breakfast as we were out of season! We will be back without a doubt.

We stayed as a couple start of September. The suites are about 15/20 minutes into main town on a very industrial working back road where lots of building work going on so not a pretty walk . The accommodation itself is modern , very clean with lovely rooms and the staff on reception are very nice and helpful . There is a nice breakfast served in your room with coffee and orange juice every morning at a time to suit yourself up to 10am and lots of it !!!! The pool is a plus but it was empty most days so it had no atmosphere as no music and no poolside bar which we would have liked . Having said that there was a very nice bakery more or less next door where you could buy coffee /pastries etc and also the bus station was round the corner which was convenient to go to rest of island , and also a couple of supermarkets on your doorstep. Overall it was good value for money for what we paid .

This is a fantastic brand new accommodation run by Maria and Zisis. Maria is lovely and can't do enough to help you. This is our 29th trip to Greece but our first to Lefkada. The suite was the best room we have stayed at in all the 29 times. Very stylish and comfortable. Air conditioning included. Free WiFi. A lift to all floors and ramps to get in to the building. Cleaning excellent. Towels and sheets constantly changed. Well equipped kitchenette, toaster kettle mini combi oven, two ring electric hob. Rain shower and seperate shower head, stylish bathroom. Built in wardrobe with safe inside at no extra charge. Sofa in our room for relaxing. 1 Large balcony with a view of the sunrise sparkling on the water in the distance. Lovely stylish swimming pool to cool off in after a day out. 5 minutes to shops, Tavernas and beaches. Maria the owner is very attentive and helpful, providing you with recommended beaches, Tavernas and shop information for all your needs. We went to many nice Tavernas and cafe/bars. We especially liked Pinewood straight on the beach, which if you eat there you can use the loungers for free. The food is Greek and excellent. Sea view was another good one straight on to the beach again eat there for lounger use. Only 1 Greek choice a day otherwise usual snack beach type food. My wife and I stayed 2 nights, arriving by rental car before the pre arranged 3 PM check in and parked in their lot across the street. Having prepaid, check in was quick by filling out a passport ID form with the English speaking receptionist. Our junior suite was upgraded to a one bedroom apt. on the 2nd floor accessed by elevator. Apt. #305 was tile floored, light and spacious. The main room had an outfitted kitchen with a table with 4 chairs, couch and nice TV(excellent reception of 14 Greek channels but no English), an outfitted bathroom with a long narrow bathtub shower and a large bedroom with nice closet, makeup table, a firm king, 2 nightstands and an upholstered chair. Sliding doors opened to a large balcony with a table and chairs that overlooked the pool. The secure room WIFI was good, lots of outlets and each room had a hand controlled AC/heat unit. A complimentary breakfast was brought to our room at 8 AM which included fresh OJ, fruit, hot cooked eggs with tomatoes, olives, cucumber, quiche square, warm bread with jams, ham & cheese, pound cake and coffee. It was delicious, with leftovers for lunch. This is a modern, clean, quiet 22 suite hotel located next to a wonderful bakery, an Eko petrol in 100 m and the town’s 2 largest supermarkets and bus station within 500 m.
