Pansion Filoxenia Apartments & Studios

We stayed for two nights in these apartments located in the mountain town of Tsoukaladhes. The first thing to say (only positive unfortunately) is the location. It is located a few kilometers from all the major attractions of the island and out of the chaos (true chaos) of Lefkada which can still be reached in a few minutes by car. Around the apartments there are taverns, bars, markets, bakeries and places to have breakfast. Once the positives are over, let's move on to the negatives. Parking. In fact non-existent, a maximum of three cars can fit. So you will have to find a place in the street (very busy and very narrow). More than apartments I would say that they are rooms with kitchens because they really have nothing of a studio flat. The room is small, dirty and with several problems: - fridge with door without stops for the bottles (they are all broken) - a mug, two glasses, two plates, a pot, some cutlery and this is the standard kitchen equipment - everything is put in the sink which is embarrassing for cleaning. The under-sink closes with a door from a former refrigerator placed as a door (!) - bathroom with totally broken-down shower telephone, water comes out everywhere except where it should come out. The shower also has a curtain just to flood the bathroom in a useless way - balcony in very bad cleaning conditions with totally rusty clothesline it has stained a shirt better to hang on the chairs - malfunctioning wifi more often than not it blocks than it works - of the two lights above the bed, one was missing a bulb (I think it has always been) - in the morning at 7 the cleaning ladies decided to have a loud conversation right under the balconies of the people who were trying to rest The cleanliness of the structure is a hardly questionable. I would avoid staying at this place unless forced to.

Anche se per sole due notti, scoprire la bellezza dell'isola di Lefkada ne è valsa la pena !! Viaggiando in moto abbiamo raggiunto la struttura con facilità e siamo stati accolti con molta simpatia !!
