Very convenient location of the hotel near the best restaurants and walking streets, 5 minutes to the marina, the rooms are clean, good bed linen. Breakfast was quite good. I recommend!

The entire square in front of the hotel is under renovation, so you have to find a parking space on the road, which is very difficult to find, and then walk to the hotel on a muddy road. The hotel did not provide any instructions in this regard when booking. This hotel feels like it has just been renovated, but the renovation is not complete. The bathroom had a bad smell. No shampoo or soap provided. Later, when I asked the service staff, I was only given shampoo and no soap. There was hot water on the first day and no hot water on the second day. The hotel is in a good location and has a small balcony facing the sea. But neither the hardware nor the software can be considered professional.

Cannot believe I have read such poor reviews. 8 of us stayed and we all had a very pleasant experience. Rooms clean, bed comfortable, ac good and location great. This is not a 5 star hotel but you don't pay 5 star prices. I have stayed before and I will stay again. Reception staff very helpful when they understand what you are after but to be fair their English is 100% better than my Greek so I cannot complain about not being understood.

The hotel Lefkas is definitely not as it is shown online, nothing like the pictures. For 5 nights / 6 days, they didn't clean the room, didn't even throw out the trash, or leave toilet paper.... Dirty room, dirty furnisher, Floor .... There was an electric kettle but no tea or coffee in the room. Bathroom has a window looking into the room. Air conditioner was loud and smelled bad. The contact for the TV was broken. Slow internet service. The view from the balcony was very poor looking in the dirty backyards. Terrible service. They treated us in the most disrespectful way possible. The breakfast was disappointing also.

After a long flight , the airport cab was able to pull right up to the front door- a novelty in old towns- The front desk spoke great English, Lobby and on-site restaurant had AC, though restaurant is only open for breakfast, which is included til 9:30am. They also had an elevator. The room had AC, though they use the power key cards to turn on room power ; the shower was strong and they had shower gel and shampoo too. Bed was clean and comfy, even the pillows. Very clean. I had a small sweet balcony overlooking the marina a bay . The front desk clerk went above and beyond when my taxi “no showed” on Sunday, and she recruited her husband to get me to the marina of our sailboat. Really incredible…I can’t say enough how unexpected and pleasant for a first timer. It’s on tge edge of the old town, so you can walk to many places .

The hotel has three wireless networks. One is only in the lobby and works alright; of the other two, only one connects to the internet. The one connection that works achieved a speed of around 0.2-0.3 Mb/s, or around 1% of a standard internet connection - much closer to dial-up speeds than anything else. This speed is just about enough to load a static website with no ads in several minutes; absolutely useless for any real usage. We had to rely on mobile data for the entire stay. This might be acceptable at a very cheap place, but is utterly inexcusable at a hotel that charges ca 200 EUR per night.

Too expensive for no reason! Pets are not allowed in Hotel Lefkas according to booking and their policy but there was a dog right next to our room barking all day and night! This is just unacceptable! Also the curtains were very thin and light would get in our room at sunrise forcing us to wake up. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lefkada.
