I'll start with the good things: The resort is stunning, well-kept, full of vegetation and flowers, everything is taken care of with attention. The hotel area is clean and beautiful. The private beach is one of the most beautiful I've seen, tiny stones (no need for special shoes), quiet, clear water, you can see the fish. You can take as many sap boards and kayaks from the lifeguard (free) as you want, there is a waiter on the beach from 11 am to 6 pm and there is a nice menu of food, drinks and alcohol. The pools are also clean and pleasant, we were mostly at the beach. There is no music on the beach or at the pool, so a pleasant silence, and a relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast is great, you can arrive between 7.30 and 11am and it is very convenient for both early risers and late sleepers. Lots of choice and we all enjoyed ourselves. The staff is all nice, alert, available and patient. We took a 2-room suite, which was large, spacious and bright. A very comfortable double bed, towels are changed when requested, large beach towels, kettle, coffee and tea. A huge balcony overlooking the sea. Now for the bad sides: In the suite - 2 sinks, in one the flow of water is too weak and quite impossible, in the second one there is a strong flow, but the sink immediately clogs. In the bath - a stream of water that is sometimes hot and sometimes cold, and you can't do anything with it. Just got cold water and then hot water throughout the shower. Imagine children showering like this. When we contacted reception about the issue, they sent a technician, who said it was fine and he didn't see a problem, and only after I asked him to check the current for a minute, not a few seconds, did he replace the faucet itself. Admittedly, the faucet was much more comfortable, but of course it didn't solve the problem and all our showers were while we were alert. The air conditioner - it didn't cool enough, it doesn't manage to cool the room when it's very hot outside. Pleasant in the evening, but not cold enough during the day. We contacted reception about this as well, they sent a technician who worked for a long time in the room, and the problem was not solved. We were left with puddles on the floor and I had to ask the receptionist for a maid to come and clean. The air conditioners are outdated, low down close to the floor, and not well function. In the bedroom - only one Electrical outlet!!! I connected the kettle to it and that's it. You have to bend down between the wall and the table, move the table to reach it, and connect the kettle. I left it like that, because it is impossible to go through this whole story every time just to switch between appliances. That's why all phone charging, etc. had to be done in the central room, where there were more sockets. A big disadvantage - it is not possible to darken the room. The curtains are not color block and in the morning when the sun rises, the whole room is bathed in light. We asked for a solution for this, but
