PROS: Staff is young and gentle. Location is just 15 minutes walking distance to the city centre and 10 minutes by Taxi to the train station of Leeuwarden. CONS: The whole Hotel need refurbishment as it has a Hostel look. Rooms are small and with extremely basic amenties & facilities. The bathroom is small, compact and the shower is wall mounted so its just uncomfortable. A water bottle will cost € 5.00, perhaps beer is more cheaper to drink. Breakfast is all self service so in the morning its crowded with a que to get even your hot beverages. Limited staff is handling all the situation.

I did like the location of the hotel and the staff was freindly. The boy who served us at the restaurant was really good :) This hotel is bit worn out, and needs update. Painting would do alot :) The bathroom was dirty and the the bed sheets had stains. We ordered Angus Burger at the restaurant but we got something other than Angus, not good.

The hotel was clean and nice, with absolutely wonderful service. Several unforeseen circumstances made our journey more difficult (late arrival and important belongings left behind) but the employees at the hotel were always willing to help and easy to contact, making it all a lot easier! It was also tidy and modern, would definitely return!

Kamer (404) was te klein voor 2 personen. Deur naar douche kon maar half open omdat daar het bed al stond. Kon je niet verschuiven. Er was een galerij vlak naast de kamer, waardoor er steeds 'bewoners' langsliepen en naar binnen konden loeren, vond ik niet zo prettig. Ik was kennelijk de 1e die daar melding van had gemaakt want er was nog nooit over geklaagd! Hotel wordt gedeeld met koopappartementen en blijkbaar nog met anderen die daar tijdelijk gratis mochten verblijven (?) Dit werd ontkend bij de receptie. Rare ervaring. Nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt. Je wilt toch wel een beetje privacy in die claustrofobische kamer? Nee sorry, voor ons geen Eurohotel meer ...

Verbleef hier voor een zakelijke trip, dus nachtrust benodigd, die heb ik hier niet kunnen vinden. Doordat het hotel op een drukke rotonde/kruispunt zit is er dag en nacht geluid van voertuigen. Tevens was er geen airco alleen een plafondventilator die de kamer niet kan koelen. En mede gasten waren tv aan het kijken en die hing pal bij mijn bed, dus het leek dat je onder een tv lag te slapen dus luidruchtig. Kamer en badkamer waren aan de kleine kant. Daarnaast kon je €5,- per dag een voucher krijgen, als je voor kiest om je kamer niet schoon te maken. Locatie qua uitzicht was wel prima. En personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was qua keuzes niet veel en soms waren een aantal dingen (brood, ei en bacon) op en werd niet actief bijgevuld. Dat gebeurde pas na meerdere meldingen. Brood leek zelf ook niet echt vers te zijn. Al met al een oké 3-sterren hotel dus ook mijn beoordeling 3 sterren.

Der Service war Mega - man ist auf meine Extrabitte liebevoll eingegangen, das Hotel war sauber (etwas älter aber akzeptabel) und nur wenige Gehminuten bis ins Zentrum! Parkplätze am Hotel oder in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich empfehle es gerne weiter :-)

Goed hotel voor zijn prijsklasse, ontbijt is prima voor ieder wat wils. Kamers waren schoon, goede douche en goede bedden. Wij hadden onze hond bij ons en dan zijn de kamers wel erg krap. Dit is voor een kort verblijf geen probleem. Wij verbleven hier omdat we naar de musical "de Tocht" gingen.

Wow! Wat heb ik mij voor het eerst echt thuis gevoeld in een hotel, wat een ontzettend lieve medewerkers! Hotel was super netjes, restaurant was erg lekker en het ontbijt was heerlijk en genoeg keuze! Het is goed gelegen en je bent zo in het centrum van Leeuwarden. Als je met de auto bent, heb je gratis parkeerplekken naast het hotel zitten, ideaal! Echt een aanrader!
