Spacious and well appointed apartment which was plenty big enough for two couples to comfortably share. Ideally located above the co-op so easy access to fresh food and cold drinks. Plenty of free parking around the building. And some good pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels and toiletries as well as complimentary bottled water in one of the bedrooms. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

The property was cold and the device to set the temperature seemed to be out of battery. It was somewhat hard to find, and when we entered there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway. Parking can be hard to find, and the owners' emails seemed to be automatic and not responsive.

Very clean and presentable, great value for money. All the amenities necessary to make our stay comfortable.Not really sure why it has such a low rating I can only think the previous reviews caught it on a really bad day. No complaints at all.

On entering the hallway of the building, there was a very bad smell from the drains. The entrance was dirty and not fit for holiday accommodation. The flat is above a Co-op, very noisy with delivery vans all night. The mattress was so thin, better off sleeping on the floor. The flat very run down, dirty and in need of renovation. Not fit for a family stay or any stay in fact.
