Stunning room, great bed, very comfortable. Cannot complain about anything apart from we had an accessible bathroom and my friend had a shower at 2am and water went everywhere. Our room was a big puddle, I had to call for help. Something went wrong with the drainage and water wasn't going down. Also downside was 3 tiny sachets of milk and tiny coffee sachets so we couldn't enjoy our morning coffee in the room. Apart from this, everything was great.

Very local to train station and city centre
Double room very big space with a very large bathroom with a bath 🛀🏼
Towels provided
No shampoo but soap
Breakfast was only continental
The walls are paper thin
Could hear everything going on in all rooms next to us
Some had NO RESPECT! Music so loud, shouting, screaming and laughing most the early hrs of morning!!!
Wasn’t impressed but there you go!

Very nice and welcoming. The location is about ten minutes' walk from the train station, which is also very convenient. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is also very convenient. Moderate distance to bus stops and shopping malls

I stayed in the city of Leeds for 2 weeks. Because the second week coincided with the Spring Festival in 2024, I chose this apartment because the apartment had cooking facilities (there are not many hotels in Leeds that can satisfy your cooking needs). The overall castle architecture of Quebec is in line with European characteristics. If you like something similar, you can choose it. The location of the apartment is very good, just opposite Leeds Railway Station (between the station and the apartment is a square [historic building], take a walk and watch the pigeons, the square is close to the apartment and there is a bar downstairs), and next to it is Leeds Commercial Street, shopping , travel and food are all available, very convenient. The entrance and exit door to the apartment is on the side of the building (next door to the bar). The front desk is very friendly. The apartment is very tidy. This time I booked a one-bedroom apartment with an open kitchen (complete with tableware). The only drawback is that the refrigerator provided can only be used for refrigeration, not freezing (the temperature control for refrigeration can only be set to the lowest). Another shortcoming is that the windows cannot be opened (neither the living room nor the bedroom can be opened). It is probably unsafe considering that the windows in the apartment are too big (the windows in the living room are really very big), so the smell of cooked food evaporates slowly. .

The hotel is right next to the train station. The front desk staff was a Pakistani guy, and he was incredibly friendly. Seeing I was Chinese, he immediately upgraded my room, telling me, 'I must give you the best, everything is new, everything is fresh.' When I was filling out the form, I had only completed two lines and was about to ask him about the third, but he just said, 'It's fine,' and took the form away.
As soon as I entered the room, for the first time ever, the lights came on without me having to insert a card. It was also the first time I've seen a welcome message with my name on the TV. This was also the first time I've encountered air conditioning in any accommodation in the UK (be it hotels, B&Bs, or dorms). It was the first hotel that made me feel like it was a complete package (everything was well-equipped, except for the usual lack of toothbrushes and toothpaste). And it was the first time I played a game with a remote control (though I fell asleep after just a couple of tries).
By the time I settled in, it was already 9 PM. At this hour, finding a restaurant outside is tough, and walking around a strange city at night didn't feel very safe. But the hotel has its own restaurant. The prices were a bit steep, but the service and food were definitely worth it, especially the feeling of being able to have a hot meal after a long, tiring day. (The fries were genuinely freshly made, and they gave a whole jar of sauce!) It was a truly satisfying experience.
The staff here are genuinely great. Whether it was the Pakistani guy at the front desk, the Black gentleman at the restaurant, or anyone else, they all made an effort to say a few words in Chinese. It really felt like what they say in 'Blossoms Shanghai' – even though you can communicate in English, when someone speaks your language, you truly feel their sincerity. For that meal, I fully expected to pay a service charge (and I would have gladly paid it at this restaurant; normally, I'd remove it if I didn't feel the service was earned). But the bill came with clear pricing, no hidden fees. I didn't have any cash on me, otherwise, I definitely would have left a tip.

Checked in for the second time. The location of the hotel is very good. It takes less than ten minutes to walk from the train station. Although the hotel facilities are older, it does not affect the use. The price-performance ratio in the surrounding hotels is better. There are bars around the hotel. It’s the weekend that gets busier, and it doesn’t stop until dawn. Friends who are afraid of noisy choose carefully. The front desk service is a bit emotional. Overall ok, will live again

Amazing
GGuest UserLovely charming hotel. I did not dine in as was a one night stay. My room was modern, clean and extremely comfortable. The 11am check out was rather early as ordinarily 12pm works better especially if one only checks in late evening. I was called at 11:07 as I had not checked out yet - having been on a work zoom call that overran. I suggest giving guests a 30 min grace period especially if the checkout is as early as 11am. Overall though, a great place to stay in Leeds!

SS.Y.@JFantastic! A cozy, comfortable, and clean hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was spacious and bright, complete with slippers, bathrobes, complimentary bottled water, and cookies, as well as a kettle and a coffee machine. Honestly, this has been the best value-for-money hotel I've stayed at so far on my trip to the UK.

MM432452****The hotel's location is fantastic, right inside the train station, yet the room was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The bed was also very clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and understanding; he even let me check in at noon when my train arrived. Highly recommend!

AAnonymous User🚗 Traffic: Very close to the train station and Leeds University, with good parking spaces. The location is relatively hidden and there is no obvious sign, so privacy is also very good. (Address: LS1 5JW)
🔔 Service: The front desk is very polite, need ID (generally not required) deposit 200GBP, five-star hotel lobby service
🧹 Health: It's relatively clean, maybe some old stains can't be solved.
🍃 Environment: It is a better hotel apartment with complete facilities. You may need to pay attention to not leaving the fan outside, which makes the room more complicated.

GGuest UserThe Hotel is very close to the main roads and easy to reach , check In was quick and efficient. Room clean and fresh. Since our last visit here the Changing rooms of the leisure have been upgraded and all the leisure centre a pleasure to use once again. The Restaurant and Bar area has been refreshed too with accompanying Good level of customer service. The City centre is a comfortable 20min walk passing by a number of attractive bars and restaurants, we had a nice Thai meal at Zapps.
On the downside, for the second time our room fridge was defective, I'd be checking 1st next visit. The cooked breakfast was very complete but not very hot, the choice of cold choices was comprehensive.
One Great advantage of staying at the Plaza is its even easier on the way out to access the M621 and Motorways and not have to negotiate the Ring road network.
It's always our 1st Choice when we go to Leeds.

TTHOMAS DAVIDGood staff and food; however, the hotel is now looking quite shabby in places - worn carpet and stained bathroom fittings. Note, soft beds and no USB Ports.

BBananaboatsterStayed one night at EasyHotel Leeds – overall, it was okay. The best thing about it is definitely the location. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Leeds Station, and right in the city center, just across from Flat Iron Leeds (perfect if you’re craving steak), with a Costa Coffee next door for your caffeine fix.
The room I got didn’t have any windows and seemed to be one of their accessible rooms – spacious bathroom with handrails and a shower seat. Not a problem at all, just something to note. The room itself was clean and basic, totally fine for a short stay. Wi-Fi was decent for general use.
They’ve got vending machines on the ground floor and a 24-hour front desk. Free baggage storage is available before check-in, which was really convenient. After check-out they said there might be a charge, but I only needed it for about an hour and wasn’t charged anything.
Nothing fancy, but if you’re looking for a budget-friendly spot in a central location, it does the trick.
