"Clean, tastefully furnished, very large rooms. Had a pleasant night’s stay. However, I felt that as a Black woman, I was met with some caution/suspicion by particularly one member of staff, as I initially approached the desk to check-in that evening; it certainly wasn’t a warm welcome. Top tip: Q Two car park LS1 2FH, Just Park, £18 for two days and easy walk to the hotel."
"This was definitely a mixed visit. On arrival we were checked in quite quickly receptionist was firmly enough although the reception desk itself seemed more like an information hub then a check in desk so the initial walk in was a bit confusing for me and my partner who don't stay in many hotels.. the one main thing that I noticed in the reception area is just through a set of double doors towards what would seem to be a fitness studio with an overlook of the pool had a chair with quite a nasty looking stain picture included. On arrival into the room things seemed clean tidy and presentable although there were a couple of things that could have been better for example one normal sized towel and 3 hand towels wasn't great and 2 towels would have been better, the toilet roll was very basic and clearly the cheaper stuff which you wouldn't so much expect when staying at a village hotel, there was a tile missing on the bathroom floor with a questionable amount of dust and dirt inside and around this hole and finally the doorframe seemed to be hanging off pictures of this are included. We had a look at the restraunt menu and it's safe to day if you don't fancy a burger, salad or chicken wings you will have to make other arrangements as we did by visiting the local residence 74 cafe about a mile away where we had a lovely time great food and a reasonable meal price. The bar is quite an open space and at first a bit confusing as there are some cinema chairs and big tvs but only playing the news. We had a drink I'm the evening this was probably priced for the venue but at £15 for a single vodka and lemonade and a double whisky we decided on only one when we found out that the bar closed for residents at 11pm which we found a bit early as other places stay open for residents. Room service would have been an option but from what I read this finished at 9.30pm and the is no in room phone to order such. Sleep was comfortable and sheets were clean it was just very hot as the window barely opens, there was no fan provided and no aircon. The TV also says its an Internet TV but upon attempt of connection no services were available. This morning the hotel seemed alot calmer and relaxed, we weren't sure of the breakfast procedures at all so we just sat down and were asked our room number but my partner got quite frustrated as she is autistic and no clear instructions were given it took us a while to source out breakfast and when we did we noticed it was very limited consisting of mushroom scrambled egg starnge potato circles beans tomatoes sausage and bacon. Honestly for me hash Brown's and black pudding are staples of English breakfast and should always be included when possible but unfortunately they were unavailable. I was going to ask a staff member but only one was seen briefly. There was also a High table next to us that was very dirty and when the staff member went to clean she simply sprayed it didn't wipe it and moved on, this didn't seem very hygienic. Breakfast was very average the addition of streaky bacon and chipolata sausages as opposed to tradition thick sausages and back bacon seemed very odd and definitely not our cup of tea! Coffee was not good atall however they do have a starbucks with is great because we do enjoy it. The night receptionist seemed to keeping a very close on me without speaking I found this quite lntimidating as a hotel guest and would have preferred him to ask me any concerns he had other than staring at me until I awkwardly said hello in which he just smiled and looked away briefly until I did then followed me with his eyes towards the stairs and no doubt watched me on camera until I entered my room. Overall a fair experience perfect I guess if you just need a quick room and have to extra money to burn but not ideal for us so probably wouldn't return."
"Lovely hotel and excellent value if you can book it at the right time. Very luxurious for the price I paid. A little bit out on a limb for access into Leeds city centre but plenty of bars and restaurants in nearby Headingley. The main restaurant at the hotel is quite upmarket but the attached pub The Stables is excellent value for money. Highly recommended."

"The location of the hotel is about 15 minutes drive from the center of Leeds, which is more suitable for self-driving passengers. There is free parking. The room is not small and the whole is very comfortable and clean. There are not many breakfast options, but the portion is enough. I really like the hotel's restaurant is beautiful and a little nostalgic. The staff is warm and courteous. Very satisfied with this stay experience."

"Good service attitude, good hotel style, complete facilities, good front desk service, intimate, fast check-in, clean and tidy room, strong network, big bed, clean bathroom, comfortable bath, simple and convenient kitchen and laundry equipment in the room, superb stay experience, will come next time!"
"Not one of the better Premier Inns I’ve stayed at. Getting very dated and in need a a complete refurb. Situated a bit in the middle of nowhere, neither close to Leeds city centre nor the M1 and A1 . A comfortable and clean room but the choice a places to eat was limited to just the chain restaurant opposite. I booked at a very good price so can’t really complain as such. The usual rates are considerably higher and so not worthwhile"
"Very impressed with this hotel for price I paid - although I notice that I got a very good price compared to what it typically goes for. Comfortable bed, good size room, relatively modern interior. It is a 15 min drive from Leeds centre which may put some off, but overall I was really happy with my stay."
"Old-fashioned British experience. The hotel is beautiful, the hygiene is very clean, the details are very good, especially the bathroom, bright and clean. Although the hotel is not big, there are some. Send breakfast. The service is also very good. Basically, you have to ask them to be satisfied and have a good attitude. The location is a little away from the university, it is a little way to go, but the surrounding is very convenient, it is a residential area, relatively quiet. The overall feeling is still worth the money."

GGuest UserLoved our stay at the Hyatt! So clean and all of the staff are so lovely. The room was spacious. The bed was huge and so comfortable including the pillows and the duvet. So close to everything in town, very convenient. We also loved Azotea (restaurant on the rooftop, has a terrace). We didn’t get to try any food but the drinks were delicious and the staff again were so sweet. Would highly recommend and come back!

GGuest UserWent to tour Leeds Uni with my mom. The location is great, and everyone is friendly, but there was a machine in the room emitting a really strong smell. We told the front desk and they told us to open the windows???? The smell never went away. We had to kinda push for them to give us a new room.

SSanyaWe stayed in this hotel just after our wedding, it’s very obvious the hotel isn’t what it used to be. First there was no direct entrance to the hotel as it was closed due to road works. We were not aware of this despite booking in advance, the hotel phone number was not working and the phone in our room was not even connected. So I had to wait in the car in a side street in my bridal dress until we could figure out a way to get to the hotel. Something that was supposed to be a smooth check in was very time consuming. We tried calling them directly and their phone wasn’t working, staff all seemed to have no idea what was going on with the phone as they all had different stories.
When my husband went to check in they were insistent we needed to pay even though we already paid online? The girl dealing with him at first was very rude and it wasn’t until her manager got there that they realized we had prepaid.
The location is great there’s an exit straight into the train station, but I would give this a 3 star at most. Not worth the high price.

NNeil CookeDecent enough hotel and considering the city centre location, very good value. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Only drawback being the parking, or lack of it. The hotel does offer a 30% discount on the nearby Q Parking, but even with the discount it was an exorbitant price. There’s much better value parking just the other side of the Corn Exchange about a 8 minute walk away.

SSimon HaywoodFantastic value for money, good location too right on the waterfront between the centre and Clarence dock; the slight caveat being that the nearest parking is a little bit of a trek in the opposite direction from the city centre. That said, the hotel discount your parking to an excellent rate of £8 per 24 hours.
GGuest UserThis is a really nice hotel and one that i visit frequently with my partner. The staff are friendly, the rooms have everything you’ll need and the lovation is perfect with shops next to it
GGuest UserIt was 4 degrees outside and the windows were left open.
The heating system was on max and I could barely feel it, there was also a plug in heater in the room so the hotel obviously know it’s cold in there, but even the portable heater didn’t give out much warmth
Room is dated but I expected that for the price, I just didn’t anticipate the lack of adequate heating
